We loved our stay in Besse-sur-Issole. It was the perfect spot during our trip—peaceful, charming, and full of local character. The Airbnb was clean, comfortable, and in a great location for walking everywhere. One of the best parts? The croissant from the local boulangerie—hands down the best we’ve had so far in southern France. We really enjoyed walking into the village square each morning, grabbing coffee, and popping into the little shops and restaurants. Everyone was friendly, and the vibe was relaxed and authentic. A great stop if you’re looking to enjoy a quieter side of Provence. We took multiple day trips, super easy from this cozy retreat. The Gorge du Verdon is a must. We had fun visiting Canne, Antibes and Nice. Great day trips, best was coming back to Besse. Thank you Helene and Roxane. We loved Berg….❤️. Thank you!!

We stayed for a week in April. Very good bedding and very clean cleaning. The beach is accessible on foot as well as Les Halles where there are good products. The house is close to a busy road, the main one but far enough away not to be immediately dangerous for children. The outside is pleasant thanks to the plancha and sunbed equipment.

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace provides an intimate outdoor access that is highly appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the airport's runways, the noise (during the day only) is more of an inconvenience than a nuisance. Good equipment, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In summary, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this indeed atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

Karine's accommodation is fantastic! Everything was very clean and lovingly furnished. The location is perfect, everything important is within walking distance. The great communication with her was also special, she gave us good recommendations for the area and she responded very quickly. In addition, she was very flexible with regard to our stay. It is worth mentioning that we even received fresh towels during our two-week stay. The check-in was very straightforward and we were even greeted with cold and very high-quality drinks. Many thanks to Karine, we will definitely come back!

This apartment is a real gem. The terrace, the privacy, the love for detail in the furnishing, the view, the overall atmosphere - everything is really great. Christophe is super nice and easy to communicate with. I especially loved the charm of the furniture and that it’s meticulously clean. We definitely want to come back.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations: it was even more spacious than in the photos, very clean and perfectly furnished. We were greeted by really lovely, available and caring hosts. Fun little surprise: we happened to dine in their restaurant, Luma Restaurant, without knowing it was theirs — and it was absolutely excellent! A very beautiful discovery, on all levels. We highly recommend it and will be happy to come back.

Everything was perfect! Marine is very responsive and her directions are clear, which allows stress-free access to the accommodation. The apartment is very nice, clean and well appointed. The kitchen and bathroom have just been renovated: they are modern, functional and really pleasant to use. A great stay, I would highly recommend!

Accommodation facing the sea (on the other side of the road) 2 steps from the beach. The port of Hyeres is 5 minutes away Communication with Ludovic was smooth and efficient. Self check-in is a real plus. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious. The terrace is also nice. If we come back to the area, we'll be back!

A very nice stay in this clean and cozy studio, very well located in a quiet area on the heights of Hyères. Small balcony perfect for enjoying breakfasts and dinners in a charming setting. Beautiful hikes on the magnificent islands of Portcros and Porquerolles and (re)discovery of the cute alleys of the medieval quarter and the beautiful remarkable gardens of the city. A dream stay! Clean, quiet accommodation, the terrace for resting and dining was perfect. The welcome and communication with the owner went very well. The accommodation is very well located for going to the beach or to the islands.

Small and very nice apartment located in a larger property with garden and swimming pool (never used). Everything is very nice. I had some minor difficulties finding it because the access road is very small. Problem solved with a phone call. Car parking in the street in front of the property. Everything was perfect, with the only problem being the shower. Only boiling water and I couldn't get an explanation on how to lower the temperature. I wrote 2 messages to which I did not receive a reply. The owner didn't give me what I knew. In any case, very satisfied. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful place to stay in a quiet location. Communication with Johan was great. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a few days. The sea view is a dream.

The accommodation is very well located in a secure residence with lots of trees and private parking. The apartment is clean and well-equipped, the terrace is large and the environment pleasant with pretty plants and a beautiful red banana tree. you can walk to the village of Giens as well as on the salt road that runs along the beach and the ponds. we had a lovely stay.. Thomas was very responsive every time we asked him questions.

The accommodation offered by Marc corresponds exactly to the description. It is a very nice apartment located on the heights of Hyères with a magnificent view from the terrace and parking in the residence which is not negligible. In addition, the city is accessible in a short time on foot from the accommodation. Marc is a very friendly, accommodating and responsive host if you have any problems or advice to ask him. I really recommend this accommodation if you are staying in the Var.

cute studio, well appointed. It's small, but it's got everything. The terrace is great, and the view is incredible. The Bergerie beach is at the foot of the residence. We had a great stay, enjoying the sea 100%.
