Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hyco Lake

We enjoyed our stay at Kristen’s place. She had given us all the information we needed before our arrival. Everything was clean and we felt at home upon our arrival. We had room to spread out (there were only 3 of us) without feeling like we were on top of each other. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the house due to our obligations in the area but what time was spent there we felt safe and didn’t worry about anyone around us as we never heard or saw any neighbors. The house is close enough to town that we didn’t have to travel far to find restaurants or grocery stores.

Hycotherapy is Awesome! This was our second stay, and we are now discussing dates for our next visit to this property! The kitchen had every appliance you will need, and everything was in great working order! We spent the early mornings on the boat dock and thoroughly enjoyed watching the SunRise! Our family loves visiting this property for our stay at Hyco Lake! Plenty of activities, from swimming to kayaks & paddle boards to fishing, corn hole and more! Evenings around the fire pit are moments our family will always reminisce about! Very well equipped and Nicole is the very best “Super Host” !!!

Very peaceful and family friendly home! It was super clean and the water area is beautiful. The host was so helpful especially with a book with address to different places to eat or go.

This house is excellent! It’s very spacious and peaceful. We had a great time staying with Sheryl. She was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to visit the new Caesar Casino in Danville. It’s only a 6-minute drive away.

Great stay. Clean, efficient and was exactly as described! It was walkable to the casino but also a 2 min drive if preferred. Perfect for a night or two away.

We had a great time at Adrian’s place. Our group really enjoyed the game room downstairs, and hot tub and fire pit outside. Making s’mores under the string lights was a highlight! The house is well appointed and the 8 of us felt like there was plenty of space to hang out and relax. We really appreciated Adrian’s responsiveness and helpful instructions.

This place is a gem! Only 30 minutes from home but provided great location for a weekend of R&R. The house is very clean and the layout was wonderful. There were clear instructions that laid out every detail you could need! Aimee was immediately responsive when we thought we would have an unplanned additional overnight guest and I wanted to inform her as much ahead of time as possible. The house is spotless there are kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy, the entire place feels like home and I couldn’t have had a more enjoyable stay. I will 1000% be back.

The place is exactly as described. Hosts are very good communicators, nearby and responsive. The house is clean and comfortable. The house has two upstairs bedrooms with two singles in each and 3 downstairs bedrooms (2 queens or doubles and a small room with a comfortable single bed and a crib -crib not used on our trip) on the main floor. Could easily handle 5 guys for track days at VIR with separate bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay. Upfront info provide about lack of Internet and the need to use a personal Hotspot and well water that is plentiful, hot and cold, but you may prefer to bring bottled water for consumption. Two coffee makers provided, a Mr Coffee type and a Kuerig along with some coffee.

Katie's place was beautiful, immaculately clean, charming and well stocked...perfect location, lovely ambience, comfy bed, quality towels and bed linens, beautifully decorated, comfortable and peaceful. Katie is the perfect host. She knows how to make her guests happy. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Danville!

Katie is as an amazing hostess yet again. We enjoyed the stay so much the first time we decided to revisit. Cute space and very cozy.

We were in town for a long weekend of wandering so this was home base for our stay. It had all the modern amenities and the charm of the early 1900s, including original hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. As the photos show, there's plenty of space to relax, both inside and out. Definitely a unique property. Our, who was very responsive before, during and after our stay, included small touches that make a visit just a little more convenient, especially if you arrive late like we did. Flexible bedside chargers, plenty of coffee pods for the next morning, and a few beverages in the fridge - not necessary, but much appreciated. A very enjoyable visit.

Danville is my hometown and I come back once a year to visit. This was my fourth time staying at Charles and Lynn‘s Airbnb and I have to that it really feels like home! Charles quickly responds to messages and always checks in to make sure everything is okay. The apartment is always pristine and everything you might need is st your fingertips. It’s also conveniently located to the downtown area and to the beautiful Riverwalk Trail. Most importantly, I feel safe with Charles and Lynn close by. I‘ll continue to stay there as long as it’s available!

We love staying at the Vantage Art Flats. We visit Danville often to see family, and we have stayed in this flat and others at the same location. It is always clean and welcoming. I really love the art theme and how each location showcases an artist. This particular room has large, beautiful windows, and feels open and inviting. We love how there are many great restaurants within walking distance of the location. We also visited the farmer's market that was just across the street. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

This was the cleanest and most comfortable place we have ever booked through Air BnB. My only regret is we were only in town for one night. The building is easy to find, rental unit was spotless and very well equipped. So much attention to detail! Ballad Brewing is next door and we enjoyed our evening there as well!

Amazing loft to stay in. Everything was so clean. I loved the decor. I had to work from the room one day the WIFI was fast and didn’t cut out on me. I will be staying again when we come back for Christmas.
