We had a very pleasant stay in the appartement, is was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is convenient with some close stores. Jónas was very responsive.

A well-equipped and spotless residence, in a quiet place not far from the town of Akureyri. You will receive clear instructions to easily reach the place. We were only there for two nights, but everything is there to make it a longer pleasant stay.

The house was absolutely gorgeous with a very luxurious feel and all the amenities one could ever need. The host was very gracious and accommodating with excellent communications throughout the process. The house sits at the bottom of a beautiful snow mountain so the view is fabulous！

Our stay was lovely! The host was very responsive, the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything we might need, and the location was walkable to downtown!

The cabin is a dream location on a horse ranch in a beautiful and very peaceful valley. The location is simply amazing and a short 10-15 drive into Akureryi. The cabin itself is quite large and was more space than we required as a family of 4 with two teenagers. We were very comfortable and so at peace staying at this property. Although located in a quiet valley, we had easy access to beautiful hikes, Akureryi and other destinations in the north. We had dinner in Akureryi each night but were happy to return to the cabin each night. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Beautiful log cabin home. We spent two days here as we explored the Myvatn/Husavik area. The home had a well stocked kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Great check-in and communication with Dagny. Added bonus, we were so lucky to see the Aurora the three nights we were there!

The house was in a great location and had access to a lot of attractions in either direction. In particular, Alejandro himself was the highlight of the stay—he helped us with the real local travel advice, weather advice (we were there during a storm!), recommendations, was attentive and prompt for answering questions, and a cool guy overall. Beautiful area, great central location, and a great experience!

Very nice house in a peaceful corner, lit up at night. The kitchen was very good and the bedrooms on the same floor as well, the sofa bed was very comfortable Has a washing machine and a very convenient dryer, all the necessary spices and condiments In addition, Margret was ready to change our arrival dates at her place due to bad weather and our uncertainty of arriving on the right day. The only small problem is the room which is in the basement, very humid Other than that we had a great time at Margret's place

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated. Very complete equipment. Very cozy. Everything is perfect. There's nothing to say, very well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, magnificent! And even a garden barbecue table! I recommend it!

Surrounded by snow covered mountains from all sides, right opposite Fjord, set atop lush green mountain, this house was right out of fairytale. It was very well furnished, star experience was soaking in hot tub amidst snow covered mountains, we did not feel like leaving this place. Our host was extremely helpful, welcoming and very prompt with any queries that we had.We had a very memorable trip and an unforgettable stay.Thank you

This Airbnb in Akureyri was a great choice, as it was close to the centre and the interior was really nice (furnished with wooden mid-century furniture, which was a big plus for me). Helga, our host was very friendly and helpful, she recommended great restaurants, we tried one of them, and had a top notch experience.

It is very difficult to get someone to offer you their own house for your stay, and for one night only. Andri and his family do it. It is unbelievable. As amazing is their beautiful home. Magnificent, beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. It doesn't deserve 5 points out of 5, it deserves 10 out of 5. Pity that on a trip around Iceland you have to rush to see the sites and can't enjoy the house for a few hours awake, having a drink on the beautiful terrace. Extraordinary. More than recommended. We had an exceptional experience staying at Arna's apartment in Akureyri. The apartment was stylish, clean and perfect for our family trip with our son and his girlfriend. We used Akureyri as our base to explore much of the beautiful northern part of Iceland. We also enjoyed the downtown, the nearby Aviation Museum and the Forest Lagoon. Our experience echoes all of the other outstanding reviews from Arna's prior guests. This apartment is a gem.
