Our peaceful property is 5 minutes from the Town of Woodstock, 15 minutes to historic Kingston and Exit 19 of the NYS-Thruway, and 45 minutes to ski areas. The house is large and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of lounge space, a sunlit expansive library with a large variety of old and new books, a home gym, and a backyard with a fire pit. Great for families with or without kids and weekend getaways with friends. Our goal is to offer an affordable experience for all our guests.

Dream House in the Gunks

This cozy House is located on top of the Gunks a few miles away from Minnewaska State Park main entry. House is facing State forest and is a perfect getaway from hectic city life. The space has been carefully redesigned with a lot of details for guests to enjoy the stay. We are very serious about the cleaning/laundry process. Fast internet, complimentary high quality coffee and tea, natural body wash/shampoo. There are good restaurants, wineries, farms and great outdoor activities around.

It's just a 15-20 minute drive to the quaint Village of Saugerties, Kingston, Woodstock & Rhinebeck. This is an old, renovated milk barn on a working farm. Both of the sleeping spaces are lofts that require climbing stabilized, vertical wooden ladders. There is a wood stove, running water, kitchen, living room & bathroom.
