Cozy Country cabin Jr is overlooking the water in a serene and peaceful setting, take your coffee out on the deck and enjoy the wildlife.Catch and release fishing is permitted and there is a paddle boat and a v bottom available, in the summer there is swimming and You will be renting the entire cabin but the pond will be shared by tenants if the large cabin is booked.The pond is approximately 2 3/4 acres so there is lots of space,our grandchildren have permission to swim there in the summertime

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this convenient location is a short walk to the local pub, a beautiful 18 hole challenging public golf course in the community, 45 minutes to Amish Country, 5 mi. Kenyon College & Mt. Vernon, and 25 minutes to Mohican State Park. No lake privileges. No parties allowed.

Serenity Cabin at Owl Creek

Updates include new custom kitchen with concrete counters and stainless steel appliances, new bathroom with walk in shower. Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly (additional $50 per stay, maximum 2 pets).

Stay with us at the Tree house retreat! A cozy cottage in the beautiful, picturesque Apple Valley Neighborhood . The cottage includes everything you need to relax and unwind including a hot tub , fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar , gorgeous deck , custom fire pit, and lots of games and books . The Newly renovated “fun barn” is sure to be a favorite ! The cottage is close to downtown Mt. Vernon as well as Kenyon College and Mohican State Park. A great place to make memories !

Tranquility Cottage

When you stay here the whole house is yours. You do not share any of the space here at Tranquility Cottage.. We are very close to the village of Gambier which is where Kenyon College is located. Apple Valley golf course is 5 minutes away open to public. Mohican State park and canoeing is 20 minutes away in the beautiful village of Loudonville. Lots of fun shops there too. Amish country is approximately an hour away. Historic Roscoe village is also approximately an hour away.
