We had a lovely stay here. Geoff gave really good instructions for check in and even let us know the place would be ready earlier. Beautiful location, particularly to watch the sunset. Easy to access brighton beach and centre and perfect for a short getaway. Hope to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment , the highlight has to be the stunning view of the sea, which we never got tired of. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it feel welcoming and well-equipped. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made everything easy from start to finish. Highly recommended, we’d definitely love to come back!

A rare gem! And one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The Hollywood aesthetic is stunning, with such amazing features - from color block paint detail to crown molding to crystal glassware to classic photos on the wall, and TV! On top of this, the place is steps away from the sea with an amazing view from the front window. Meanwhile the unit is thoughtfully equipped with every thing you would want and expect in an Airbnb. It felt as if I were staying at the private beachfront property of celebrity ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a great stay at Lucio's place. It was exactly as described and location was perfect - moments from beach and close to shops, laines and transport. We had one issue which Lucio responded to and sorted very promptly. Like other reviews, I'd advise ear plugs - the seagulls are on the noisy side! We also used the sofa bed for 3 nights and this was very comfy with the mattress topper provided. Price is steep but in line with other places in the area and to be expected for the location. Lucio's place is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the discount for a 3 night booking. Would definitely book again. The only thing to really be aware of is the VERY steep stairs down to front door which is mentioned in the listing.

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

Peaceful place with a spacious bedroom and lovely, spacious garden. (Garden photos really undersell it, it was a nice little subtrap). Being somewhere quiet and close to the sea was important - and this place delivered! Million amenities within minutes walk as well.

We travelled to Brighton for our first holiday as a family of four, 2 adults, our 3 year old and 8 month old. The location of the apartment is wonderful, peaceful yet very close to the main city and buses/the beach etc and we felt very relaxed and at home. The host was very good at communicating (especially when entry to the flat with the code was a bit tricky first time which we really appreciated), the apartment was clean, the bedrooms flexible for our needs and good facilities. We'd definitely recommend and stay again!

Feels like a proper holiday staying here with the beach right on the doorstep and the sun trap garden. Lovely little home, comfortable and with all the essentials as well as a fab location.

Our party of 6 were all very happy with our stay. Very comfortable, very well equipped, lovely garden. Highly recommended.

Spent a lovely and peaceful family weekend at Simone’s place. Upon arriving the Airbnb was very clean and tidy, looked just like the photos with some added personal touches in the kitchen (thank you). A lovely view over the beach which was so much calmer and peaceful in comparison to others beaches further along. 10 minute walk to the high street with some very nice independent shops. Simone was flexible on checkout which was great for us as we had nice weather the weekend we visited. 🙂 Would highly recommend, and I would definitely return!

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

The location and amenities in the home were excellent. The layout was perfect for our group. Space to be together, but also space for individuals to have chill time.

I stayed at West Pier House with some friends for my 40th birthday. The house is in a fantastic location, close to the station, even closer to the sea front and 10 minutes from The Lanes. The house was spotless and very comfortable. Cat and Andy were great hosts, easy to contact and very amenable. So I chose this house! Thank you both!

Beautiful space. Totally in love with Brighton. Very sleek decorating with pops of fun color. Sunlight pouring in from gorgeous and large windows that could be darkened for sleeping in. And you will - this home is very quiet!!!! Comfortable and very livable. If you want to be on or in the water - this place cannot be beat. Kitchen is great and clean space - lovely place for family meals. Would absolutely rent again.

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

We had a lovely stay in Ali's beautiful apartment, check in procedure was easy, the apartment was as descibed,with everything you nrrd to enjoy your stay and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view where we could enjoy a coffee in the morning and a wine or 2 in the evening.We stayed for 4 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Ideal location for Brighton itself, or The Seven Sisters walk, and Undercliff walk. Thanks Ali for letting us stay in your gorgeous apartment.

Wonderful flat in great location! The super kind hosts left us welcome goodies, too! The flat has everything you need, and it was very clean, organized, well-decorated, and comfortable. Lots of natural light and nice design/decor makes the flat feel big. It was a great bonus to have the extra half bath, too. We would definitely stay here again :)

This apartment has definitely the ultimate sea view - it’s outstanding. The apartment itself provides everything that’s needed for a comfy stay. Brunswick Square is a marvellous neighbourhood and very well located: less than 5 min walk to the beach, a gorgeous parc, lovely cafes, very good restaurants and groceries right around the corner. What‘s a bit of a downside is the run-down staircase that leads up to the apartment. Hopefully this will be renovated in the near future to bring the - once surely elegant - building back to its former glory.

We had a lovely stay at Julie’s property, which is centrally located - so, easy access to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach! Julie was a fantastic host and didn’t hesitate to return a couple of things we’d left behind. We’re already recommending to friends and family and hope to be back soon.
