We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. Large rooms which are nicely decorated and comfy beds. The permit parking was handy and easy to use and there is a bus stop just down the road to get to Brighton. Thank you for our lovely stay :)

Really comfortable home, easy access, in a quiet street. Graham had left lots of provisions in the kitchen. It felt more like a home than a rental and we were very comfortable. Good location, close to best area on the beach and great pubs nearby. Walking distance to central Brighton but also quick bus links. Definitely recommend.

The house was ideal for my sisters hen! Fab location and Ben was really responsive. Would recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Charlie’s place. Viktorija was super quick to respond and everything was seamless. The house is funky and spacious and has everything that you need. The location is perfect, peaceful but right in the centre with easy access to everything that Brighton has to offer. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants as well as the Royal Pavilion and the beach. Great stay, Thank you

My family and I had such an incredible time staying at this stunning home in central Brighton hosted by Renny (Your Brighton Holiday Ltd)! There truly aren’t enough words to express how wonderful and memorable our stay was, and how appreciative we are to Renny for his incredible support and accommodation! After arriving to the UK after a long day of travel from Canada, we felt so comforted finding the home with Renny’s detailed instructions, and felt so welcome with fresh milk in the fridge for tea and special jams for our toast. Such a fresh and clean space, with so much ambience and charm! We loved how close and central we were to everything, and absolutely loved walking down to the water and exploring all of the incredible and unique shops and local coffee spots. Renny was absolutely amazing from the get go with prompt and organized communication, and no detail was left unturned (including special amenities for my baby nephew)! Highly recommend staying in this beautiful space!

Very good location for a large group of friends. The property was clean and comfortable, and the location is very good! Valarie was also very responsive and pleasant.

I stayed at James’ place with 12 friends for my hen do. It was a great base for us - central location, easy to check-in and lots of space for us all to be together in the house. Beds were all comfy and had all the amenities we needed including towels, hairdryer, tv etc. 2 girls were sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room- it was comfy but would recommend an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. Charley was really responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend for a group trip.

The house was amazing. Full of culture and history. Comfortable and cosy. Everything we needed was there. Perfect for us and the location was fantastic, 5 min walk to the train station. Regular trains to London and a short commute to Brighton and Hove. Both of which can be reached on foot as well. The host was always in regular contact with local tips and knowledge, also any questions we had but clear instructions for everything were left in the house and easy to follow. We will be back….

We had a super stay in Worthing visited family. The house was comfortable and clean with amenities as listed. The location is great for accessing Worthing town centre and the beach, yet the road was quiet. Tom and Rachel communicated quickly and instructions were clear and helpful. We will hopefully stay again!

My family and I loved staying in this property. It had everything we needed, and was clean and homely. It was also fantastically located, just behind the main high street with great coffee shops, restaurants and lots of interesting shops to peruse. It's also a short drive to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Jonathan and Alison were fantastic hosts and their house is gorgeous. We had the best stay there. They were very kind to accommodate us for nearly a month and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very quick to respond with communication and everything in the house worked very well. It is a very cosy and homely house in a wonderful location and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend it to anyone. Thanks for everything guys!

Our hosts were very attentive and helpful when before and during the stay. The house was super clean and an amazing space for a big group to stay. My friend stayed here previously and referred me and we were disappointed. Great location, super spacious bedrooms and lovely outdoor area.

Fabulous place in a fabulous location. Although I’ve given 5* for everything the only thing I would pick up on is pitting grab rails at the bottom of each staircase (elderly parents suggestion 😀). Wouldn’t hesitate to stop here again. Quiet location but also near to everything. Our fur baby loved the beach, nice & secure so he could be let off the lead 👍. Oh, not sure about the artificial grass on the back garden, our dog didn’t ‘use’ it & waited until he was taken to the beach 🫤 would highly recommend

Fantastic place to stay for a group. Great location, everything within walking distance. Jo & Ian were great and allowed us to stay in longer on check out day. Bedrooms were all decorated differently and the whole place was very spacious! Will definitely be back, thanks for a great stay! :)

We had a great 3 week stay at Matthew’s place. The house is as nice as the pictures are and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Matthew was kind, responsive and always checked we had everything we needed, even leaving our dog a little toy :)

We had an amazing Stay at Bens place. The hot tub was amazing. He was very helpful and always answered if we had a question. Great great host and great location!

Thank you Mark for the wonderful stay! It was ideal for our group celebrating my sister. You were very accommodating for us and flexible to our arrangements for getting in early. Each room was spacious and beds were so comfy and clean. It was prime location and we could walk to the train within 5 minutes. We especially loved the music system that meant we could have the radio in and hear it in the bathroom. Such a cool feature! Everything was ideal for us and we had the perfect stay. Thank you!

We had the best weekend stay at this lovely house in Brighton! The location was perfect, a short walk from the beach, right opposite the coop and next door to a 24/7 off license and a pizza place that stayed open till midnight, all which come in handy! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was open plan with the living room area so perfect for socialising as a group! The beds were super comfy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries. We especially loved the pink coffee cups and plates, they matched our theme for my sister 30th. The garden was a sun trap, loved it! The host Charlie was friendly, responsive, and made check-in really easy. He provided clear instructions and photos to help find the house location. This was one of the best short-term rentals we’ve stayed in and we have rented an air b&b 3 times in Brighton now. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Charlie!

Jill’s place was the perfect base for our family trip for the weekend, we had a wonderful stay! Jill was incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole process super easy from start to finish. Within walking distance to the beach and a short bus ride from the centre of Brighton, the location was ideal. The property itself was spacious, beautifully designed and filled with lots of artwork that gave it a unique charm. We especially enjoyed the sunny garden - perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the morning. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!
