Holiday rentals with breakfast in Hove, Brighton and Hove

Fantastic accommodation for groups ... spacious, modern, clean and cosy house that easily hosts 5-6 people. We loved the design and interior, the garden, the well equipped kitchen, and bathroom and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Communication with Nick was easy, straightforward, polite and efficient. The only aspect we would have wished for was a third toilet on the ground floor.

Jo was an exceptional host from start to finish and couldn't have accomodated us more! The place is gorgeous and we felt instantly at home. Everywhere was super clean, the beds were so comfy and the overall vibe of the place was spot on. Sad to have only stayed one night but will 100% be making a return next time we are in the area. Thanks again, so much. Highly recommend!

Diets and their dog Daphne made me and partner feel very at home and well accomadated, and the place itself was amazing ! Most definitely worth the price, we loved every second of our stay and reccomend to anyone in the area.

Orsolya was really helpful in getting us set up in the house. It is definitely their home and it made us feel cosy and at home, too. The sauna was also great!

Lovely stay in the flat - place was clean and tidy and felt right at home. Buses are within a 5 min walk so getting into Brighton town centre/beach by public transport was easy. 10/10 would stay here again

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

Perfect location for our needs. Homely welcome of fresh home made bread, with butter and milk....and treats for our dog.. Really well maintained and furnished to high standard. Clean, well appointed and good size rooms throughout. Easy parking. Welcoming hosts

Jenny’s place is in a perfect location in Hove, within walking distance to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and very close to Hove Station. We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was extremely clean, comfortable beds and very modern throughout. We will definitely be back, thank you Jenny.

A lovely little flat right in the middle of the laines. We had a great stay. The flat is gorgeous and the hosts were very accommodating with some really nice treats left for us. The ladies at the Flower Pot were also super friendly and helpful: thank you so much!

Jason’s place was an ideal set up for us to spend the weekend in Brighton. With a baby and a toddler, it was set up really well. Great location we just walked everywhere. My little girl absolutely loved the bed and it was a novelty being in a place with new toys. This property is lived in but a great stay for families : ).

Richard is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and going above and beyond that of a host. We asked for an early checkin which he was happy to accommodate, even offered to pick up my partner from the bus station, very sweet. The ‘savants quarters’ as he calls it were delightful, the view was amazing and we had a really comfortable stay. As Richard and his wife were away for the week we also had access to the kitchen which was lovely. We would recommend Richards place to anyone. Thanks again, Danielle

Even before arrival, the communication with Matt was quite fantastic: he writes in advance exactly how to plan your stay, where there is a parking space where the keys for the apartment can be found. He also gives tips and hints on where to find excursion destinations, attractions, recommended restaurants and shopping in the area. The apartment is beautifully located. We had breakfast every morning overlooking the sea. The apartment is immaculately clean and superbly equipped. We found everything we needed (more than that: even a hair dryer that we forgot at home, we found in the apartment). We immediately felt at home and implemented many of Matt's suggestions and visited so many great sights and excursion destinations in the region. Thanks for that - it was wonderful!

Fabulous place with a wonderful host, we will definitely return. Barbara was brilliant host and we loved our stay, the little extra bits like tea and coffee were really helpful as we arrived later in the day. We will definitely be returning and will stay longer next time.

Perfect place to stay for the Brighton Marathon. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Easy access into Brighton, host very helpful.

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

Andrew’s house is very conveniently located and the room is very clean and comfortable. The communication with Andrew is very smooth. Strongly recommend!

WOW ! What can we say ? From the moment we arrived we were treated like Royalty. Mark and Steve were the perfect hosts. To walk to town/beach is about 15 mins. Local shops and pub nearby if required about a 2 min walk. The house is immaculate and the room was perfect. The bathroom was also extremely clean and very nice. Coffee/ Tea and water provided, and we had crisps and chocolate on arrival too. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank guys for a great stay and look forward to staying again soon. Andy & Suzanne

Susan was extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with a delicious, simple breakfast. The bed was very comfy and location was perfect for our weekend competing at Hickstead Showground.

Jill was a delightful. if we had more energy, im sure we would have both liked to have gotten to know her better, and ask about her trinkets and seemingly very full life to date.

Great night stay in Brighton with free parking. Rachel & Morgan are lovely welcoming hosts. A lovely breakfast served in the morning right to your door for a nice start to the day :)
