Tom and Rachel's kitchen in particular, stood out as being among the most thoughtfully stocked that we have used in 10 years as regular AirBNB users. If you enjoy cooking, this is the place for you. The bed is very soft. that's neither pro nor con, but it is worth noting. Location is close to several excellent restaurants and cafes in the Seven Dials area.

If I could give this idyllically- situated, super comfortable and well-presented flat more than 5 stars, I would. I fell in love with the view out to sea from the living area and confess to spending much time reclining on the comfy sofa and enjoying it. Visiting from my home in Australia for 2 weeks, I wanted somewhere I could really enjoy and feel at home in and this flat provided that easily - I didn’t want to leave! The flat is stylish, well equipped and pristine. It is fantastically located for supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pubs, cafés, the seafront attractions and main pier, and walkable to all - including the the Lanes, the Pavilion, the rail station and more. My daughter joined me for a few days and loved it as much as I did. Both beds are super-comfy. Joe was wonderful as a responsive and communicative host. There were no issues. I’d return in a heartbeat. Thank you Joe.

Lovely flat & in a quiet location but easy to walk to everywhere. ( a few hills here & there 😊). Perfect stay for a family wedding which was on the bandstand on the promenade. Would recommend 😊

This was one of my best experiences of Airbnb. The flat was spotless and comfortable, and the view was amazing. It was walking distance to everywhere that we wanted to go. The hosts were really helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here with my daughter for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. The flat was spotless, beautifully presented, quiet, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the welcome pack too. The location is great—walking distance to everything Brighton has to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Brighton and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic few days at Simon's apartment in Brighton. It is the perfect distance from the tourist attractions at the beach/the Laines, the train station and some of the other neighborhoods. The apartment was cozy and comfortable with fun decorative touches. Simon was friendly and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Spacious and light filled apartment, really good value for money.

This house was perfect for a family holiday especially with young children. The hosts kindly have lots of toys and games available in the house and a good play area in the kitchen diner, plus a selection in a very private and safe garden. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is often lacking in airbnbs, so you can cook properly. location was also great, short walk to a big park with play ground and cafe(nice breakfast there too) and a bit further too hive lagoons with things to do for kids of all ages. Mark the co host was very responsive and attentive through out. 5 stars! Laurence

Great stay and lovely house. Initially worried about space for parking but not an issue at all.

Lovely place. Nice decor. Not too far from centre. We managed to find free parking overnight about 5 min walk down the road. The host was v quick to respond to any queries. She also messaged to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything, which was really nice of her. Would highly recommend this place

Thank you for a lovely stay! A well lived in house with homely touches. Had everything we needed. The dining area/living area was great as there were 7 of us and it seated us all comfortable to eat and to chat on the sofas and play board games.

We had a fabulous few days staying at Talita's stunning home. The house is more spacious than the photos suggest and the garden was lovely to relax in. The location worked well for us as a family, as we could relax in the house and walk to restaurants overlooking the sea. For more exciting activities located in Brighton, the buses were a short walk away and frequent and convenient. One tip I would suggest is booking a private parking space so you don't have to worry about paying and moving the car. Transport is easy to use and takes the stress out of travelling. Hopefully we will be able to return one day!

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Close to the city centre. Short walk to various shops and restaurants and around a 25 minute walk to the beach. Clean and well equipped flat. Hosts were very proactive with check in information and responsive to any questions we had. My wife and I stayed for the Brighton marathon, the flat is located around a 10 minute walk from the start line - perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Excellent apartment in great location, gated community, and facing the marina. Easy distance to central Brighton either via the beach, electric railway, car or uber.... Good local restaurants if not eating in town. Apartment was well equipped, clean and functional. Secure parking. A vey enjoyable long weekend stay by the coast.

I lived in the flat for 8 months and loved every minute of it. Such a wonderful flat perfect for a quick or long stay in Brighton. Has everything you need and just a short walk to shops, the city center, the train, busses, pubs, etc. The location is perfect, close enough to town to be able to pop in but far enough outside that it's very quiet. And the biggest bonus in Brighton: no giant hill! Ben was always super quick to respond and very proactive about any maintenance (which was only maybe once or twice my whole stay). The neighbors are all friendly and the area is very safe. I had no issues with mold or damp(another win in Brighton), and the heating was all very easy to navigate. I lived alone so this wasn't a problem for me but you can't run the kitchen tap and shower at the same time. But that's literally the only thing I can think of. The patio is another INCREDIBLE feature and its fabulous on a sunny morning. Thank you so much and I WILL be staying here again when I'm in town.

Light bright spacious flat with retro feel, conveniently located opposite Hove station & within easy walking distance to central Brighton. Perfect for a weekend catch up with friends.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip’s place. The location is incredible - right on the beach and within walking distance to all of Brighton’s main attractions. Lots of parking (including for EVs) close by. Philip met us when we arrived and provided us with a nice basket of goodies to welcome us. The bed was comfy and the place felt very homely. Would recommend for anyone visiting Brighton!

Excellent location right on the front near the i360. Easy access to the prom and the beach (though a bit too windy and wet whilst we were there). Flat was well appointed, with plenty of room for four adults. Spotlessly clean on arrival, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tech (TV, soundbar, streaming services, etc.). Excellent views out to sea from the lounge area and balcony. Bedrooms were quiet, comfortable and relaxing, with comfy beds. Bathrooms were as expected, with both an ensuite and a main bathroom. The lift was very welcome, though there were also stairs for those who wanted to exert themselves. Less than ten minute's walk to the Odeon, the cosmopolitan cuisine of Preston Road and the main shopping areas, only twenty minutes to the Lanes, the station and the Pavilion. The host and their agents were attentive and responsive with any issues we had. Overall, as described, and definitely worth a second visit!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the apartment. It was very well located and in walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment was also very lovingly decorated to a high standard. It was clean throughout with plenty of soft furnishings, many useful amenities and clear instructions. Both Catherine and Sue were available for questions, so we felt reassured and very well cared for.
