I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great long weekend stay here to celebrate a special birthday. The weather was good so the grandchildren made full use of the pool, huge garden and tennis court - as did some of the adults. House was very clean and well equipped. Very peaceful and secluded setting - everyone said they would love to come back again.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

Jane was a brilliant host. Responsive, professional and very friendly. The cottage was clean, had everything you’d need and more! The pool and hot were definitely the highlight! Thank you for a lovely stay :)

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. We had such a lovely stay at Kate's. Her home is really beautiful, very welcoming and full of charm. It is in such a lovely area of Brighton and was very quiet and peaceful. Kate was easy to reach out to and very kind, she even left us croissants, which was a lovely surprise. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have stayed at Michael Paul's home, a very homely feel.. Always available if you need to contact, a welcome pack on our arrival. A nice outdoor space to chill in. we will be back again. many thanks again Michael.

Fantastic accommodation for groups ... spacious, modern, clean and cosy house that easily hosts 5-6 people. We loved the design and interior, the garden, the well equipped kitchen, and bathroom and the proximity to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Communication with Nick was easy, straightforward, polite and efficient. The only aspect we would have wished for was a third toilet on the ground floor.

This house was perfect for a family holiday especially with young children. The hosts kindly have lots of toys and games available in the house and a good play area in the kitchen diner, plus a selection in a very private and safe garden. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is often lacking in airbnbs, so you can cook properly. location was also great, short walk to a big park with play ground and cafe(nice breakfast there too) and a bit further too hive lagoons with things to do for kids of all ages. Nina and Alex were extremely helpful fom start to finish - from flexible check in and great instructions pre-arrival, help with parking and local advice, through suggesting migraine remedies (over and above) and flexible checkout. Helpful, jolly and available throughout :) The house is wonderful - three stories with sunny patio, many pleasant bedrooms and amazing amenities. Table tennis, table football, huge TV and all possible comforts in a beautifully designed family home. It's a five minute walk from the beach, and three minutes walk from a bank of shops, cafes and restaurants that served us well on day one before we started exploring, and of course after that you have all of Brighton and Hove to play with. Strong recommend :)

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

From the moment we were enthusiastically welcomed at the door by Calypso, we knew we were going to have a happy week in Portslade. Both cats were very friendly and affectionate with all of us, making it a home from home for a family of four with two small boys. The home offers plenty of room for a getaway and has all the amenities you'd normally need if you were at home. Our elder son appreciated having a climbing frame in his room too! The pub next door was missing some of its fencing while we were staying, which removed a bit of privacy from the back garden, but thankfully when we were indoors we didn't notice any of the noise or smoke from the beer garden unless we had the back windows open. Our boys loved having open access to football pitches behind the pub. Parking was usually ok nearby but we struggled for a space one evening when there was a big event at the nearby Hindu temple. Bus and train connections into places like Brighton, Hove and Worthing were excellent.

We had a fantastic stay at this Hove Airbnb! Just 20 seconds from Hove Park — perfect for dog walks. The property was spacious, spotless, and clutter-free, with two comfy bedrooms and a lovely garden featuring astro turf and a cosy corner seating area. The small office desk was ideal for remote work. The owner, who lives next door, was incredibly helpful — a genuinely top guy who even offered to let the dogs out while we were in London for the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend!

This accommodation was perfect for our long stay in Brighton. It was in a central area close to lots of cute pubs and also only a less than 10 minute walk to the seafront. It had all the facilities we needed like a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was extremely helpful and offered lots of advice. Would definitely stay there again.

Tamsin was great and responded very promptly. A lovely welcome basket was appreciated after a long flight as well as an early check in. The house was perfectly located between town and my family so we could get everywhere without a car as parking is not easy in Brighton.

Benjamin’s house is extremely convenient. It is a spacious house whilst being very cozy. It’s equipped with everything you need which was great for travelling with a family. The house is perfectly located, close to everything including train station without feeling too busy as the house is quietly tucked away. Benjamin was a great host and I highly recommend this airbnb.

We have stayed at Maggie's once before and found it ideal for our family's needs as the property is ideal for my elderly mum. Definitely hope to go back again.

We had a great stay at Tanya's place. The house was exactly what we needed for our annual get away. Lovely communal space and garden. Short walk to lovely cafes and very acessible to Brighton. Thank you for a great stay!

Ben's house was a perfect stay for our recent large party of Hens!. The accommodation was suitable for our group, it was far more spacious then I expected. The downstairs kitchen and diner which leads out to a garden and patio was perfect for our party . Parking wasn't too much of a problem as most guests took the train ( a 5 minute walk) but Ben recommended a nearby street for free parking . The house has alot of lovely character and is in a perfect location for Hove beach and Brighton visits.
