John’s home was absolutely perfect for my birthday getaway with friends! The home is spacious, well laid out, and so beautiful with lovely outdoor space for gathering. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and we had a blast! Thank you for everything, John!

Our stay at The Top of the Mountain Escape did not disappoint. This host easily fits the mark as an exceptional host. The home is comfy, cozy, and extra large. The only bad thing, the one thing if I could change anything, it would have to be the length of our stay. There was no detail left untouched to make you feel safe & at home. The pictures do not speak loud enough, this house is beautiful. The views are amazing at sunrise, sunset and everywhere in between ~ absolutely breathtaking. It catered to the needs of everyone, from the oldest guest 70+ to the youngest 10 year old without a complaint. When the opportunity presents itself to visit Hot Springs this will be our 1st choice at lodging. Thanks for allowing my family to enjoy your beautiful home and all of its amazingness !!! This was a great place to stay. My family enjoyed it. Fishing off the docks was great. Quiet peaceful. Beautiful home. The host was easy to get a hold of and quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay . The house size was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 children. The view was awesome. We watched the sun set on the back porch every night, some nights in the jacuzzi!The beds were extremely comfortable. The personal boat launch and boat slip were very convenient for our bass boat to not have to go back and forth to a public launch. The boat stayed over night in the personal Boat slip every night until we left. We even used the fire pit while telling camp fire stories. Your quick responses to our questions were also appreciated.

We spent a long weekend girls trip at David’s lovely lake home. It was perfect for 10 women who have been friends for over 30 years. The beds were so comfortable, the lake was so peaceful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better gathering space. We especially loved swimming off the dock and paddling in the kayaks provided.

The castle is EXTRAORDINARY! We had a group of 18 for a sound retreat. There was a lot of space inside and outside. The balconies have some of the most exquisite views on the planet of Hot Springs; Lake Hamilton etc. The flow is awesome and we had a really awesome time. Airbnb was great! The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed the outside patio. It was a great stay! Very spacious. The shampoo and conditioner left my hair super soft. There is almost not signal in the home but the wifi is good, so that was no problem. Very family friendly place!

The property manager Christopher was very hospitable, met us out front, and kept up with our needs and concerns. It’s a lovely space, great location, and you feel connected to the local history in a building that reverberates with the thousands of schoolhouse lives that have passed through it.

Our Family of 10 so enjoyed our stay at this property. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware which was wonderful as we cooked a couple of meals each day. private bedrooms which was great! I would highly recommend this property and Host!

This is our second time booking this beautiful home. We always wish we booked it for longer. It is a very comfortable and clean home with lots of room for everyone. We will be back next year for sure

Great host great space for big families

The location and home were amazing. well taken care of with all the amenities. within easy driving distance of everything but still very quiet and private. We can't wait to too back!

We will definitely be back , we loved this place and the host ! It’s so peaceful for where it sits and so well taken care of. A lot of space & we loved it being pet friendly. No stress checking in or out. We absolutely loved this trip.

This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Royal. The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Pool was amazing and we spent lots of time swimming. Beds were super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room. Mostly played ping pong. Air hockey table didnt work the best, the pucks kept flying off. Also, under the impression there would be a gaming system, but there was not. Plenty of tvs to watch. Very private and secluded. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Close to Dollar General and Family Dollar. Not too close to eating establishments. Went to mexican restaurant near by and it was decent. Overall, amazing stay and made lots of memories. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Can't get over the gorgeous house and the great amenities, not to mention the incredibly friendly and easily-accessible host! Hope to come back someday!!

The home was very comfortable and inviting. I loved the fully fenced, private area. Everyone was relaxed. and completely satisfied with their experience. There was something for everyone inside and outside of the home. The mornings were the best time to go on the balcony to bird watch at the feeders. I would definitely reserve this property again for our next event. And... Sue was wonderful to work with!!

Great, quiet place to stay on the southern tip of Lake Hamilton. Enough room for our large family of 7. Great view of the lake from the bottom and too decks.

We enjoyed our stay at your lovely home! It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and appointed with most all necessary items. The pool, and lakeside activities made the stay extra special for the kids. Would highly recommend to others. I would recommend getting some room darkening curtains or dark blinds for the bedrooms.
