Really enjoyed our stay. Didn’t realize it till we arrived, but we had stayed at this property 29 years ago. It has been nicely updated and was very clean. The boat launch and boat slips on the property were a plus as we were traveling with jet skis.

The property was just splendid. Everything was as described in the listing. There was plenty of things to do while visiting Hot Springs. We had dinner at Fisherman’s Wharf and the meal was delicious. If you visit I would recommend this restaurant, just be prepared for a bit of a wait. We got to spend some time & money at Oak Lawn, did the magic show, and just relax and enjoy ourselves. We were there Memorial Day weekend and from the condo were able to have front row seats to a beautiful fireworks show over lake Hamilton. We had a great time and definitely will consider visiting again.

We Loved this Condo, the stay was so peaceful. This is a great place to just sit back and relax and just watch the water and scenery. They have pretty much everything you need to cook with. Kristy was very responsive and was awesome. We would definitely rent this space again. We had a Blast.

We had a great time at this location. I messaged ahead to make sure it was wheelchair accessible. Most of the residence is on the ground floor. The bathroom was right next to the bedroom and my wheelchair was able to get right up next to the sink to get ready or wash my hands. I used a walker to get into the bathroom area and the kitchen as these were tighter spaces but all in all for not being made for a wheelchair this property was amazing, convenient and very comfortable! It has an outstanding view! Highly recommend this property!

My husband and I recently stayed her and had an amazing time! We had a gorgeous view of the lake, and we felt right at home. Our host was super responsive and gave several local recommendations. We were overall incredibly happy with our stay and will definitely be coming back again !

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve's place! It was a very calm and relaxing area with an amazing view! Good location with many places to visit around and short drive to downtown hot-springs.

Debbie was great is being communicative and took care of us well on our trip! definitely recommend for a nice getaway! We were able to bring our diabetic dog and keep a close eye on her as well which meant a lot to us!

host was very responsive and even gave us resturants to try. 1 bedroom was very spacious everything was so clean and great , hubs said when we got there and saw the jacuzzi tub and was like is there no shower and I laughed and said it's over in the other bathroom. felt like I had my own bathroom space and he did too. would definitely stay again. was very close to all things we did.

This is a great condo for a couple. It’s only about 20’ from the lake and the sunrises are beautiful. We paddled our canoe over to Electric Island and saw the ruins of Mr. Fordyce’s fishing camp. We also hiked in Hot Springs NP and Lake Catherine SP.

We got to meet the hosts! They were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We had a small hiccup but they were so quick to respond and couldn't have been more responsive and accommodating! Will definitely recommend as a host and look to stay at their properties again!

We found the space to be exactly what we wanted: clean, cozy and peaceful. It had great views and the location was close enough to access the tourist attractions and far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. We would stay again!

I was able to take my daughter and my parents. Everyone enjoyed the stay so much. The location to everything was a big plus too.

Comfy accommodations close to city events. I appreciated being able to unwind away from the busyness of the city in the evenings.

This was a long weekend stay for us and the condo was the perfect fit. The interior has been remodeled and everything is new and very nice. The view of the lake is great. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck each day. The location is about 20 min from downtown, the track etc, which kept it peaceful and relaxing for us. Would stay here again.

Kathy was a wonderful host! The BNB was clean, homey and in a good location close to town. The condo building itself was a bit loud with large families staying there… if you’re wanting a quiet, peaceful getaway I might look at a different place, but this was completely out of the hosts control. The balcony has a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton and is where we spent most of our time!

We were just steps from the lake. Philip reached out well in advance to make sure we had all the details we needed to check in. We wound up not using many of the amenities, but you could tell the place was made to accommodate guests. Each little detail showed that Philip really cared about making sure we had a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was beautiful and in a great location close to casino and great seafood as well as just a short 10 minute drive to downtown...we would definitely stay again if in the area!
