This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per night for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

Great stop! Communication with Stephanie was excellent. She responded immediately to a question I had after we arrived. We had clear instructions on how to check in, which all worked smoothly. Loved the neighborhood, including the older building we stayed in...a lot of character. Everything was walkable for us, including a show at the Robinson Auditorium.....never got in the car once while we were there. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Little Rock.

The tree house was beautiful and nestled in a nice secluded area. A perfect place to recharge your batteries. Hosts were very proactive on communication and the house was clean and spotless on arrival. I was able to cook on the grill, chill in the hot tub, and play some pickleball! The bed was super comfortable and waking up to all that natural light was wonderful. The kids and I really enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

This was our second stay at Becca's home, and we were just as comfortable and relaxed there as our last stay. The location is incredibly close to the highway without feeling like it, and the neighborhood itself is full of older homes with lots of character. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the setup of the other two bedrooms across the house from the master. The next time we're making our way through Little Rock, we will certainly plan to stay here again if it's available. Becca is a kind and thoughtful host, and her home has everything you would need (and more) for a peaceful stay.
