Holiday rentals with a kayak in Hot Springs

This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

The house was very clean and tidy. It felt like we could be right at home as soon as we got there. It’s close to many little stores that were fun to walk around and see. The owner was also very helpful and made getting settled in easy!

You can’t beat this lake view! The volleyball court was thoroughly enjoyed by the kids and adults! You have multiple places and porches to sip your coffee from to enjoy the serenity Rivermist offers (on one of the 3 back porches, at the dock, around the fire pit, on the swings). It rained one of the days we were there and this property provides the perfect cozy vibe for a rainy day, reading on the back porch or curled up on the cozy LoveSac giant sectional in the living room for a nap and a movie. I LOVED that we didn’t have to buy any of the basics - soap, toilet paper, paper towels…they provided what we needed for our entire stay, which I believe is reasonable for what you pay to stay here. The kitchen had all the amenities you would need to prepare any meal and plenty of dishes and silverware for our group of 13. I highly recommend for your next trip to Hot Springs - it was a short drive to everything you want to do!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Thank you Mark! The check-in process was seamless, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions. The place itself was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. The waterfront location was incredibly peaceful, and we loved having access to the kayaks—they were such a great bonus! Mark’s hiking recommendations were spot-on; we visited all three parks he suggested and enjoyed each one. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Stayed for a week. The house was very clean, cozy and had all of the necessities. The location sits on top of a hill that makes it more isolated from the neighbors, thus making it a peaceful and tranquil getaway.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Being right on the water. It was easy to put our paddle boards in and the kayaks that came with the house were a lot of fun also. When the children weren’t in the pool, they were in the arcade and had a great time. We celebrated a birthday and really enjoyed our annual family vacation in Hot Springs

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved the game room. Lake and swim dock were very nice but it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy that part.

This is a hidden gem! We had a lovely time enjoying the scenery, relaxing in the hot tub, eating at the lodge, and watching the sunset! It was peaceful and exactly what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Would highly recommend!

The place was nice, clean, and a great location! There is not stove top but they did provide an electric skillet. There’s 2 mini fridges and a freezer. Nice place to stay if you don’t plan to cook extensive meals.

Cabin was wonderful. Very peaceful with a great view. Would definitely stay again.

The Cottage was lovely and well equipped with the deck right on the waterfront. Guests need to be aware there are two other properties in the complex so be aware as the ambiance can change depending on who your neighbours are . Overall a great location and great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was beautiful on the inside and the deck / dock was absolutely perfect. The neighbors were super friendly & the surrounding area was very enjoyable. Would definitely book again.

Had an amazing stay at the lake! We loved the kayaks and fishing gear. My son hardly left the water. The pier was just perfect for fishing, swimming, and morning coffee. Dewitt was a wonderful host and super responsive. The house was so clean! Would definitely stay again!

Sheila, the owner, was fantastic to deal with. She responded quickly and made our stay very welcoming. We truly enjoyed the house. Great property with lots of amenities. Beautiful views with lots of fun places to hang out like the dock or the fire pit. We loved the property and will definitely return when we get back to Hot Springs. You won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I had an amazing getaway for our anniversary. Lakeside, in the woods, very serene. Absolutely loved it!

We stayed for the 4th of July and had a great time. The view from our cabin was amazing and we enjoyed spending time outside cooking and playing games. We do wish we had a washer and dryer at the house but other than that they had everything else you would need. We got two airbnbs #8 and #9 with a shared a patio and that was perfect! There is a slight walk down and up to the dock ramp but it’s doable. We put our boat in at a ramp about 20 minutes from the cabin and docked it at the dock every night - that’s just first come first serve so fingers crossed you find a spot! The kids loved making s’mores on the patio and all the outdoor activities.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very spacious and accommodated our party perfectly. It actually surpassed our expectations regarding amenities, and things to do on the property! We will definitely look to book this property again in the future. 5 stars all the way!!!

This was a great little cabin to stay in during my visit to Hot Springs.

Great place! Kids loved the golf course.

We had the best time at the Cabin. The view is amazing and my children loved the lily pad and kayaks. The water is also very shallow (about knee deep) across the river, so we went across on our last day and enjoyed being able to just stand and float around. Would definitely stay again. Colleen is a wonderful host.

Great cabin, had everything a family with kids could want. Easy access to water activities, great firepit, lovely cabin. Jeff is also a great guy - very nice & helpful. Our only complaint was visiting in May during high tick season, but Jeff warned us and supplied us with plenty of tick spray.

Great little retreat! The views are amazing! We had such a fun time exploring, playing in the water, and watching the geese with our toddler!
