Monthly Rentals in Holton-le-Clay

Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

Great 1 bedroomed place to stay on the countryside but only a few mins from Grimsby and Cleethorpes. Great host!

What an amazing place. A wow from the minute we walked in. So much care, thought and time has gone into this beautiful cottage. There was nothing to ask for as everything was accounted for and all was exceptional quality. Thank you Mike
