The house was very spacious and clean, with each room having its own bathroom, which was super convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing trip. The host was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

Very safe and comfortable area. The home was beautiful and perfect size for two couples. The layout of the home is unique with the kitchen in the back and access through the bedrooms. Long beach street parking is tight and the driveway very narrow. Having your own parking space is wonderful however - many homes in the area do not have dedicated parking! The place is within walking distance to many restaurants and less than a mile frim the beach. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a great area and upscale neighborhood near Redondo Beach Pier and Marina with great restaurants and shopping in palm tree lined streets. Spacious kitchen and huge en suite with large sitting area, walk- in closet, large bathtub and separate shower, two sinks with lots of counter space and vanity area. All bedrooms have nice attached bathrooms, plus’s there’s a half bath guest bathroom, great for privacy.

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

Jade’s home was beautiful! My family and I enjoyed every minute :) it was exactly as described and included the very best amenities! Plenty of towels and things needed for our trip! It was fully stocked and exceeded our expectations! We would definitely stay here again! Jade was very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We came for a 2 day Disneyland trip and it was the perfect location, not too far from the park! Highly recommend :)

We absolutely LOVED this sweet Spanish Villa tucked away in the jungle vibes of Venice. Super quiet & away off the street, with beautiful and eclectic touches of Art and furniture. The pictures do not do this place justice, it exceeded our expectations! High ceilings, lots of space and sunlight, fresh breeze from the bedroom terrace coming in. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were a dream. Had the best sleeps here. Loved the Spanish tiles through the rooms and the vintage gas range was so cool! I felt like I was living in an architect Design magazine house. The location was perfect. Quick walk to Abbott Kinney , and grocery stores. The hosts were quick to respond as well which was great! It was so clean and had everything you needed to enjoy cooking and hosting friends popping in for a visit. The gym was a total bonus! It was just amazing! I could live here and would stay here again.

This was a fun and cute place for our family to stay for our Disneyland trip! Clean and fun!

Tiffany was busy with work during our stay so her Husband Andy helped us out and he was great with communication throughout the stay. Gave check in information the morning of and was quick to answer any questions we had. House was beautiful and would be happy to stay again if ever in the area again. Anyone staying at the house should have a fantastic time.

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

We were in Pomona for a Quinceanera and needed to find a place to accommodate everyone in my immediate family. When I found the place and looked at the pictures I instantly booked. The overall stay was better than we expected. The check-in and instructions were easy. Everything was as described and in the pictures. The house was clean and nicely set up and felt like a home. The host was reachable and even FaceTimed when we had an issue with the spa and got it working. His quick and immediate response made the stay even much more accommodating and better. One person in the party fell in love with the massage chair. Would definitely stay there again if needed.

Absolutely wonderful stay, from start to finish. The listing was exactly as described and great for a family. The pool and hot tub were awesome, with plenty of privacy. Excellent amenities from the furniture both indoor and outdoor to the beds and linens to the multiple TVs and kids toys. This house has everything a family needs. Paula went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a wonderful stay here! The hosts were warm, friendly, and easy to chat with, which made us feel right at home. The place itself was charming and well-kept, with the highlight being our own private pool and jacuzzi – such a treat! The ambience is fantastic, with a serene countryside design that blends beautifully with nature. A gentle breeze flows through the property, and we even spotted some small animals from time to time, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We actually ended up changing our travel plans just to spend more time here – that’s how much we enjoyed it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, rejuvenating getaway, this place is perfect. This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. Mai is a warm, accommodating, and responsive host. The property is exactly as described. It was incredibly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The best part was the pool and pool deck with the amazing view of the canyon and downtown! And, the indoor outdoor living! I don't think you can get a better property with that view and ambience for the price. We loved sitting by the fireplace on a chilly LA winter night. We wished we could have spent our stay taking in the daytime and nighttime view from anywhere in the property!
