Holiday rentals with a sauna in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles

Had a great stay! Extremely clean and stocked with everything you would need from coffee to even a gifted a bottle of wine. Highly recommend to stay here. We will be back for sure.

Very clean, well maintained apartment right in the heart of Hollywood. It's the perfect base to explore all the attractions, great local restaurants and bars, and easy access to public transportation. The secure off street parking is a definite selling point, as well.

Great location, loved the scenery and the fact that there was a lot of things to do in that area. Walkable and convenient. Highly recommend this place to stay!

John was amazing! Super quick to respond and the apartment was fantastic, we’re in LA several times a year and from now on always plan to rebook here. Fantastic location, great sheets, amazing shower and the washer and dryer in unit was a plus. No TV in the bedroom took a little adjusting to but I loved it in the end! Definitely made it easier to fall asleep at night and Apple TV in the living room worked great.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Great experience, felt very at home. It was really nice to have someone at the front desk to provide an envelope with a key and to know I was in the right place clearly. Walkable to grocery stores Yoga and of course the conference center and beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but the place was already booked!

The moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the abundance of natural sunlight that pours in through the windows, making the space feel bright and airy. The condo itself is stunning, with modern touches that clearly show the care and attention put into its recent renovation. The location is truly unbeatable—close to all the best spots in Santa Monica, including shops, restaurants, and of course, the beach. I loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the vibrant local atmosphere. The condo was immaculately clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was tasteful and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic Santa Monica experience. The host was responsive and helpful, ensuring my stay was seamless from start to finish.

Was visiting from east coast to help my daughter move her things out of USC apt to storage for summer. The apartment was spacious, clean, well designed and had everything I needed and was about a 10-15 minute drive to USC. The building has a small gym and a pool and spa on the roof. It’s in the theater/fashion district of DTLA. The security at the front desk was so helpful. Parking is difficult in DTLA. I parked in an indoor public parking on 9th street bet S. Broadway and Spring/Main which was $15 for every 12 hours and exits through the building across the street. The host was very responsive to my many questions. The building has good security which is necessary in DTLA.

What a gem! This place hit every note perfectly - cute as hell, clearly loved and cared for by someone who gets what makes a space feel like home. We slept like babies (so quiet!), felt completely cozy, and the location couldn't have been better. But honestly? The host made it. Just genuinely kind and accommodating in that rare way that reminds you why you love traveling in the first place. Fantastic experience! Eric and his wife are super sweet and friendly. I was touched by their genuine spirit of hospitality. And they were fun to talk with. The space was clean and comfortable. The shower was a real treat with its excellent water pressure. Very easy commute to Long Beach Arena. Great value

Amazing place with an amazing host! Check in and check out was a breeze. The place itself is super comfortable and located in a perfect spot. Had everything we needed and a fantastic view. It was walking distance to the waterline, our convention, and plenty of restaurants and places to things. Will definitely be booking for next convention!

I had a great time staying with Monica! I loved how close the beach was and that the place had a pool you could use, the place itself was absolutely spotless clean and had everything you needed, and her pets, Tutti the poodle and especially Peanut the cat were super cute and chill! I loved hanging out with Peanut during the day :) overall very relaxing stay!

Love this place. Dealing with Arturo and Abel is very easy, they are extremely communicative and are always really friendly. We stayed here a year ago and just based on our experience, decided to stay here again and weren't disappointed, as expected. It's in a great area, with lots of great food options in walking distance and just a fantastic view out of the balcony. Place is very clean, Arturo and Abel are very quick to respond with any questions and yeah, not sure what else there is to say... stay here!

Such a beautiful house, felt so cozy, clean and comfortable. One of my favorite airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at, felt right at home. What an amazing experience! Susan & Melissa were so accommodating, great hospitality. Overall 10/10 stay here and will definitely be back.

James was a great host. His place was perfect for our group with a lot of kids for our trip to Disneyland. He was very responsive. I would happily stay at his place again.

Topanga Canyon is a great location away from the busy city. The Canyon house is set in an amazing location, very serene with beautiful grounds and canyon views. Lots of outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy. The interior is well done from the floorplan to the comfortable beds, and a great kitchen that included everything we needed. The host was fantastic. They were very responsive with communications and had local recommendations for Topanga Canyon and beyond. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a 1920s home in the beautiful area of Hollywood Hills. You must remember and respect that the home is located on a hill, thus driving the streets is not for everyone. Narrow streets. I had an suv and did well but for nervous drivers, not for you. There are stairs and plenty of them leading up to the home. If you have elderly people with trouble walking, not for you. These are just facts. The home is wonderful. Lots of space for a mature family and friends. Not ideal for little kids in my opinion. The home and furniture are older and kids will inevitably break something. Everything one needs for a family meal is at your disposal. The host is superb. Communication skills excellent. I would recommend this home with the understanding that it is a comfortable establishment for a nice stay in the Los Angeles area for a mature family.

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! We have stayed in many AirBNBs in many cities, states and even international locations. Nima’s place was pristine, beautiful and spacious…and also the most well appointed home we have ever rented. Sonos speakers, gas grill, kitchen spices/appliances/and more. It is one of our all time favorites. The hosts thought of everything and made it a home away from home in every way. It is an oasis in a bustling area with close proximity to beaches and the best of LA. Every message was answered in minutes. The ease of renting this home was incredible. We had six family members stay in total for my daughter’s UCLA graduation weekend. It was perfect. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home.
