This place is always magical! This is our fourth time here and it's a pleasure to be back. Very comfortable, very well equipped and the location is just perfect. Montie has been a wonderful host from the start. We had a small issue with the plumbing and Montie fixed it in less than 30 minutes, even though he was traveling out of state. I highly recommend staying here!

Sean is a great host. The space is very clean. Beds were comfortable. It was easy to get in and out. It has all the amenities. We felt very at home. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here! Thanks to Sean for the excellent communication and a great place to stay.

Perfect space for our Disneyland vacation (myself, husband, and two adult sons). Spacious, comfortable, and close walk to Downtown Disney! Median between the one-way north and south directions on Walnut Street made it easy to cross and get to Magic Way! Decorations adorable and lots of toys amenities for younger children! Great to be able to enter Disneyland via Monorail and avoid crowds at front entrance! Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice and clean space! Exactly like pictures. I definitely recommend this place if you want to be close to tourist attractions like Griffith observatory, hollywood, and universal studios!

We had an amazing stay at this home in Venice! The place was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect — close to all major attractions. Ms. Vanessa was kind, helpful, and very professional. All instructions were clear, and the house rules were simple and easy to follow. Highly recommend this place to any traveler visiting LA. We’d definitely stay here again!

Our party of 4 stayed at Chip’s place for 2 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. It was immaculate, spacious and had lots of storage with built-in closets in the bedrooms. There was every amenity you could think of. We made some meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and loved walking to Abbott Kinney for restaurants, dessert, coffee and shopping. Street parking was plentiful, and the gym and laundry in the garage were an added bonus. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach and Venice boardwalk are nearby, and it’s easy to get to many places in West LA from here. We had a couple of questions for Chip, and he responded within minutes. Chip’s place is hands down one of my favorite Airbnbs.

Fair price for the rental. Walking distance from Downtown Disney and parks (about 20 minutes).

Great location to mid-city Los Angeles. Quiet neighborhood. I saw that there were minor negative feedbacks of this unit of noise in the unit above. During our 3 night stay, there were some shortt-term renters above as well, but they were pretty quiet. So, we had wonderful sleep every night. The unit was very clean as shown in the photos. We cooked breakfast every day and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. There were just 2 of us, so we only used one of the two rooms. A wonderful place to rest and relax in the middle of LA!

Michael’s place was great!! We loved the decor, the bright open spaces, and the spacious layout. Check-in was super easy with Michael coming to meet us, share additional instructions, and show us around. There was a plumbing issue that Michael communicated about proactively and went out of his was to bring us wine, beer, and snacks for the trouble. We really liked staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Three friends and I stayed at David's place for a night to attend a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. The unit was easy to find and was exactly as described. It can be difficult to find a place in L.A. with enough bedrooms & bathrooms to accommodate four people. A bonus was garage parking. Please note: the garage has a single door opening which was pretty tricky for us to park in. My friend had an Acura MDX and made it through the opening with about 6 inches on each side of the vehicle. People with larger suvs or trucks may not fit. Once you're in the garage there is plenty of space. Each bedroom was spacious, especially the primary. The linens were good quality and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was light and modern. Another thing to note is that there are 4 levels. If stairs are difficult for someone, this may not be the best choice for you.

We didn't feel like we're not home during our stay because the place is great for family! We needed a place to stay for our daughter's graduation last minute because the place that my daughter booked for some reasons cancelled on us the last minute! And I'm so thankful and grateful for Katie for that! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a big place with big family like me! The amenities and everything is all in there! You just have to roll in!

Home is fabulous!! Bright, airy, and just so cool to be up in the hills. So many patios and outdoor spaces - we spent a lot of time on the roof deck. Ade and his wife were super responsive and friendly. Very comfortable beds, and bedrooms are well spaced on the lower floor for privacy. We feel extremely lucky to have found this place!!! While you aren’t *actually* far from things, I found going down the hill for errands to be something I just didn’t do bc I *felt* really far away. That was probably a psychological barrier (I’m a city kid who is used to walking a block for anything she needs) but just be aware once you’re there, you won’t want to leave. Finally - Ade is not joking about the dip in the road right before the house. If your car doesn’t have good clearance, park before it. Our Nissan Rogue was fine if we took it slow.

This place was great. Spacious, clean..well furnished. Great location.. we could get to any of the local sights within 15 min.

loved how close dtf was and many, many other stores. the neighborhood is quiet and pretty friendly, my mom made friends with all the neighbors lol. it provided what we needed and if we had any issues, such as tiny issues with the wifi, Michelle responded quickly and promptly. enjoyed our stay!

I took my parents to visit Pasadena and stayed at Vivian’s place. We felt right at home. The townhouse was a little challenging to upstairs and downstairs, so the bedroom on the first floor was a little difficult to use. Other than that, everything was great. Vivian was very responsive and always answered the message quickly and helped answer our questions. The location is excellent, very walkable to many shops and restaurants. It is quiet at night too. Overall we had a good time!

By all accounts, the most beautiful and stylish apartment I've ever spent time in. The apartment is conveniently located on the West Side of LA, within walking distance of Venice, and tucked in a beautiful, quiet and hip neighborhood with a huge variety of incredible restaurants and attractions withing walking distance. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive and helped to make our stay extremely easy and comfortable. It's a truly beautiful space and an absolute joy to visit. I look forward to a return visit the next time I'm in LA!

PERFECTION, SURPRISES, AND A HINT! Impeccable townhouse with Disney touches, a warm and responsive host, multiple swimming pools with a large hot tub, and right across the street from the theme parks' property -- this place is perfect for families! The kitchen was impressive with everything needed: prep items, baking sheets, large pots and pans, multiple food storage containers, and even a small air fryer! The BBQ has been upgraded from charcoal to propane gas. And the TV's now have Netflix plus other choices. The hint on walking to Disney is to follow Anna's instructions but before turning on W Magic Way, to cross that street first as the direction signs are posted on the far side of the street. There are signs to Downtown Disney, with shorter bag check and security lines and where the monorail is, and then also to Pixar Pals Parking Garage, which has a tram to and from the area between Disneyland and California Adventure.
