You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

The Oasis! Walk to Water/Short drive to Newport

House is in a quiet residential neighborhood near the water. Home was spotless and as described in the listing. It is not an updated space in general but the mattresses were new and very comfortable. The location is an easy 20 minute drive from the main Newport shopping area and restaurants and was a good deal for a jumping off place for visiting. I would not recommend it if you are expecting to be in the main tourist attraction area, but those places will cost you double. Organized host who took good care of us.

our stay was wonderful, the location was perfect, so close to RWU and shops, restaurants, the gorgeous bay view. The delightful porch was a bonus to sit, relax and enjoy good conversation or the serenity of a rocking chair by yourself. The decor was tasteful, fun with well stocked items to use. The was a huge surprise and so enjoyable. communication was great too. Thank you for a very special stay, We hope to come back again

My husband and I came for the weekend to celebrate our mini-moon. Joshua’s place was exactly what we needed for the weekend. It was clean and had a wonderful view. We really enjoyed our time here and would totally recommend this place for a quick getaway!
