The advantages of the apartment are its quiet location with the city center of Rosenheim just 10 minutes away by car, its proximity to the mountains (15 minutes by car), the garden with a sandbox, a small balcony, 1 private covered parking space, and the indescribable proximity to nature with the Inn River and the Alps. The Chiemsee lake is just around the corner.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop). Ma Bastide - your little kingdom in beautiful Bavaria

Ma Bastide is located in Bad Endorf, which is also called the gateway to Chiemgau. Bad Endorf itself has a lot to offer and has a 1A transport connection to Munich or Salzburg. Just minutes from Ma Bastide is a wonderful thermal spa that invites you to relax. In the "Gut Immling," art and culture lovers will also get their money's worth. The Simseeklinik and the spa gardens are also close to the property.

The apartment is very centrally located in the south of Rosenheim with a good bus connection to the train station or quickly by car to the highway.
