Ideal for families visiting NJ with day trips to NYC, this duplex apartment is two blocks from Newark Broad St. Station. *When booking, you must read and agree to the house rules & tell us about yourself and your trip. *No parties. No visitors. No marijuana. No smoking. *We are in Newark. Our neighborhood is not trendy or beautiful, but it is safe and central. *We live in the top apt with rambunctious twin toddlers. If you need quiet, we are not it. *Gated parking for 2 cars across the street.

This unit is on an idyllic street in Jersey City Heights, just a 10 min bus, 7 min Uber, or 20 minute walk to the Hoboken PATH train.
