Great place. The bedroom is quiet and fairly well insulated. Location is great as well. Host was proactive and the regular cleaning is a nice to have. For the critiques, Internet is shacky at times. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom is basically open acoustically to the stairways. Surely suboptimal and not mentioned in the description, but was personally but a deal breaker. Apart from this, recommendable place. Might book again.

Our family had an absolutely amazing stay. The space was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly maintained; ideal for me, my wife, and our kid. The accommodations were top-notch, making us feel so comfortable and at home. A special shoutout to the cleaning ladies—they were incredibly friendly, thorough, and accommodating, taking care of all our needs and keeping the place absolutely pristine. The host’s service and communication were exceptional, always prompt and warm, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to checkout. This was one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Thank you for everything!

Had a great stay here, the location was perfect and easy to travel to many places around. Apartment was very clean and even on the corridor as well as lobby too. Would come here to stay again!

The flat is located a bit farther from the main expat area, which is great if you're looking to explore more of the local surroundings. It's about a one-hour walk to the beach, or just a 10-minute ride with Grab. The apartment has two bathrooms, which is ideal if there are three of you and everyone needs to shower around the same time. While there's a Highland Coffee nearby, it's not really worth a visit due to the higher prices. However, just around the corner from the flat, you'll find a fantastic massage spot and a few charming local coffee and tea shops. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay in the flat. We stayed there 32 days.
