We had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Melanie and Jed were very responsive and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for exploring the area, visiting family, close enough to the airport, and we especially loved the pool, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!

We had a great time at Jessica’s place! Jessica was extremely friendly and communicative. Her place is just as pictured only better as it is so well stocked with kitchen, bar, bath and pool amenities. We loved the indoor and outdoor swings/hammocks and the pool was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return. Thanks for such a fabulous stay!

The house was perfect for our family of 6- and kid-friendly! The inside of the house was thoughtfully designed by both the builder and the host. The living areas are open-concept, with plush furniture. There is also a nice office with double glass doors. The kitchen is big. The pool is everything it's cracked up to be as well- imagine a resort-like setting, surrounded by greenery on 3 sides. Private! Luxurious! We loved the bathroom and pool towels right inside of the pool house. The screened porch was perfect for morning coffee. Jordan was a wonderful host- responsive, kind, and proactive. We couldn't have asked for more. We would come back!

My family and I stayed at Little Oasis for Memorial Day weekend and it was a phenomenal stay! The house and surroundings were very clean & tidy, house smelled great. It had all the essentials in the kitchen. We cooked breakfast each morning so it was nice having a good pot & pan set to use, as well as baking sheets and a really good coffee maker. It also had the insert for the Keurig where you can use your own coffee grounds (not the pod). The furniture was also very good quality, unlike most Air BnBs nowadays with cheap amazon stuff. The backyard pool was AMAZING! My family and I swam literally all day and since it was heated, even my toddler stayed in the pool the whole time without complaining she was cold. Mr. Manuel was extremely caring and responsive. He even brought extra pool towels and coffee for my extended family visiting. This is an extraordinary property & host! It is honestly one of the best places we have stayed, and we visit SA often. Highly recommend!

Jennifer’s home was amazing! Felt so cozy and our family group enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, grilling) She was super responsive & accommodating with request we had. The house was stocked with all essentials needed for our stay. If you are ever in SA I recommend her home! The views are so beautiful and the neighborhood so safe and quiet. Thanks Jennifer!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to have. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at the condo in the Comal was wonderful! It’s a beautiful location right on the river where you can just drop in. Super close to stores and Gruene Hall.

Wonderful place! The backyard is private and the pool was fabulous. Home had plenty of room to gather and have fun and beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to some great restaurants and Barton Springs.

This was a perfect weekend retreat for my family to enjoy one another. The pool and outdoor space were perfect outdoor spaces. We also enjoyed the French bakery located just at the gate of the entrance, so delicious!! Sue was a very friendly and kind host. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful time at Mikes place in Driftwood. Peaceful snd private, but close to local restaurants and shopping. My kiddos loved the pool. We will definitely stay again!

Again we had a pleased stay. This was the second time we stayed an Ashley’s and Burnetts House. It is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing and recharging vacation. Everything you need is there, house is clean, lot of space but the highlight is the patio and pool area. The only fly in the ointment is, that there is no shade at the pool area. Burnett and Ashley are always reachable. They made the whole stay as easy as possible. Thanks again, will be back some day

The house was huge and incredibly spacious—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We had a minor issue with the pool, but the host responded immediately and took care of it right away, which we really appreciated. The location was also perfect: peaceful, quiet, and just what we were looking for. I definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again on future trips!
