smugglers retreat is a lovely, get away from it, holiday let. overall the apartment was very clean, 2 small quibbles, the crockery was a bit old, and the garden table and chairs were unusable. Neither of these things spoilt what was an amazing 3 night stay. Would definitely return as location was excellent, lovely and quite, all you could hear was bird song, and the waves on the sea. Sea Palling itself, is a lovely little village, with everything you need on your doorstep. Sarah was a very informative host, and even let us know if road closure on day of leaving, and told us alternative route

My 11 year old wrote this in the guest book, unprompted, and we think she was spot-on! "The most beautiful Air BnB we've ever seen with adorable attic rooms, amazing facilities and lovely family-friendly places to visit. Nan walked a marathon and Noah had a big gym comp and both loved coming back to this! Relaxing indoors but also beautiful out, with a lovely big garden and barbecue. Would love to return one day and sad to leave. Linda and Chris both lovely and informative. Phenomenal!"

Eilish's place was amazing! We stayed for couples of nights and we have everything we need and more. Eilish made us feel very welcoming. We will stay there again, 100% sure!

Kate's cottage is absolutely gorgeous, perfectly contained and clean. It has a lovrly big driveway for easy parking too which is a massive plus. The location was great with it being only a 3 minute drive to the beach and very close to other seasides and towns. It was our first family holiday and it was an absolutely perfect little getaway, we'd definitely recommend it!
