We had a really lovely time at Birch cottage. Despite only staying for a couple of days we felt right at home and fell in love with the area. The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated, and the Sauna was a fantastic experience. Phil was very helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, I'm sure we'll be back in the not too distant future!

From the moment I arrived, Simon made me feel at home. He’s a great fellow and the accommodation is beautiful. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and the views are just incredible. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again any time I was in the area. Thank you 👍

A super place to stay in a beautiful location. Ideal for exploring the stunning Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Welcome recommendations in the information folder. We tried out the Miners in Sling for an evening meal and the food was top quality for a reasonable price. A visit to the local produce store is a must, but you will have to stop yourself buying the shop! Elizabeth was the perfect host, with excellent communication. The wonderful accommodation was perfect for a relaxing retreat, we only wished we had stayed longer!
