From the start, he was incredibly accommodating, allowing us a late checkout, which made our departure so much easier. The house itself was stunning – spacious, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The garden is beyond beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat with gorgeous views that made our stay extra special. Philip was super responsive and always quick to help with anything we needed, making the experience even better. Zaher and his family are amazing. Due to a change in our plans, I requested he cancel our original reservation, which he did, so that we could book for a later date. His communication was excellent. Zaher is prompt, friendly, and clear. What else could you ask for? We loved our stay and will definitely return. We had many special requests due to the special needs of our family, and every single one of our requests were met with care and attention to detail. The food and company were amazing and it was lovely to relax in the pool. Highly recommended! 11 out of 5 stars!
