Holiday rentals with beach access in Heacham

Absolutely fantastic weekend away , The apartment was as described and contained everything we needed plus more. Great location conveniently 5 minutes walk from the Beach and 10 minutes into town - along a beautiful Seaview promenade. I would certainly recommend the putting green cafe for breakfast , its the closest and the full English was on point. Laura was great , on hand when needed and a mention of Ben and his tourist info 👍thank you

The views from the apartments are just phenomenal at any time of day you can watch the world go by, see the sunrise and the sunset with a glass of wine in your own comfortable and private space. The location is set right on the promenade with your own parking space supplied by the booking and from there, you can walk everywhere in Cromer to all the facilities including pubs, restaurants, the pier, cafés, bars etc. Park the car and leave it there for your whole stay, Cromer has really good bus and train links up and down the coast. Excellent walking from the apartment across the coast paths: turn left and walk for about an hour for Craigie Bottoms restaurant (excelkent seafood) or turn right on the coast path and do a long circular walk towards Gunton (3-4hours) where there is spectacular countryside, easy walking and some fabulous country pubs. This apartment is of an excellent quality, perfectly located and the host is very friendly, would highly recommend for a quality stay.

Just got home after a wonderful weekend in Cromer, staying at "A Stone's Throw". The flat was perfectly located and felt very homely. Had everything we needed for exploring Cromer and beyond. I had no problems finding a nearby parking space a ytime we returned back to the flat. Ali was quick in communicating after booking and also quick in response to a couple of questions we had in the weeks leading up to our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Our third time in this flat which is a real home-from-home. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, in fact everything you need. Within walking distance of all local amenities. Excellent host.

This is a great place to stay for a couple who want to be in central Cromer. Lovely old building, terrific window view to the sea and the bustling street below. All the facilities were as described, and Kate was there to welcome us in and answer any questions that we had. Only word of caution would be to a anyone with reduced mobility - the little stairs up to the flat and to the bedroom/bathroom are quite steep. I would be happy to recommend this place, and to stay again.

We had a fantastic stay for our anniversary, check-in was excellent as Matt had messaged us the day before to say we could check-in early the day of our arrival, which was excellent. Parking was easy (neighbourly agreed bay). The apartment was wonderful and very comfortable and quiet at night. We loved the small balcony over looking the sea and it was an excellent place to just chillout after a busy day exploring the area. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for those wanting to prepare meals. The ship Inn pub is just a 30 second walk away for excellent food and a outside terrace overlooking the sea. Mundesley has a great butcher, bakers, fruit & veg shop, Coffee house, Café and small arcade & crazy golf. A small Tesco extra is about a 20-minute walk away for all your other essentials. The location of the apartment to the beach was brilliant and we spent a few nice days enjoying the coastal walk and front. Felbrigg Hall & Cromer are only a short drive away.

We were very happy with our stay - it was quiet and peaceful, the house was very comfortable, spotlessly clean with a lovely garden, close to the sea and to Sheringham centre. We especially enjoyed the coastal path walk and our many stopovers at Whelks Coppers tea rooms. The beach front is lovely on a sunny day (we did get quite a bit of rain but that is the British summer!) I also recommend the nooks and crannies of Peter' s (secondhand) Bookshop, and the fish and chips at Seafare.

Absolutely loved our stay here. As a family trip with 4 adults and 2 children (4 year old twins) the house and garden was absolutely perfect as was the location. A short drive from town for those not capable of walking. Within a 10 minute drive of Hunstanton should you wish to visit there and also very close to local paths for nature lovers both within the village itself but also in the next village along in Titchwell. If you’re thinking of catering for yourselves, I would suggest taking your own larger pans/frying pans (which work on an induction hob). There were ample pans for smaller dishes but for a big one pan style dish we struggled for the 6 of us. By no means a complaint as imagine a lot of folk would head to the village pubs for a feed in any case. Nat was great and really willing to help with any questions and recommended plenty of things for us to do which was a lovely touch.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said in previous reviews. Marian was a fabulous host and also Michelle, who oversees the running of Old Chapel House. We arrived to find the table in the kitchen all set out for dinner. Great fun was had in the evening playing croquet in the fabulous garden and then games around the kitchen table. Fresh flowers in each of the rooms was a lovely touch. Knowing one of my sons was home for our family wedding at Waxham Barn, Marian had arranged an Australian pineapple cake for us to enjoy, together with locally sourced marmalade and apple juice. It was also helpful to find plenty of items such as tea, coffee, condiments etc. My one request to my family was for a slice of sourdough bread, delivered on the Saturday morning, be left for me after having my hair and makeup done. Sadly, it had all been demolished! The house clearly was a previously well loved family home. We had a fantastic stay and will most definitely be returning.

A real home from home in one of Norfolks none gentrified villages. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The two main bedrooms are massive. So deceiving from the outside. If it ever went on the market, I’d buy it.

Lovely stay at The Reading Room. A charming and well set up property. Perfect for us and the garden was safe and secure for the dog, a big plus for us. Situated well for visits to beaches.

Great property, great host. The house is exactly as the pictures, clean and has everything you need. Short walk to the centre of Sheringham and the beach, ideal for us as one of our party had limited mobility. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully visit again.

Tommy was a fab host. Communication was great and really fast - especially when I couldn’t figure out the oven and dinner was at risk lol. He was really thoughtful organising a cushion to be posted to us for the high chair. Definitely a host to recommend.

Stunning, peaceful, secluded woodland location. Beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and spotlesslessly clean. Lorraine and Wayne were friendly and extremely helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Exceptional hosts and perfect accomodation. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday in Norfolk including a very friendly dog.

This was just perfect for us for a short break. The location is superb. It has a great view out to sea and is only a few minutes walk into Sheringham town. The information provided prior to arrival was detailed and accurate. The opportunity to park in the underground garage is another positive, protecting the car from seagull attacks! The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable. We hope to return as soon as we are able

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Check-in and communication was perfect. The flat an garden are wonderful, there is everything you need and more. When I arrived, there were cookies, chips and a bottle of wine plus a nice card greeting me. There was a shelf full of novels to choose from. The house is very near the seafront and the town centre. I hugely enjoyed my stay and warmly recommend Emma's house. Free parking in the street to be found.

Had a lovely two night stay Annetta greated us and showed us around was very lovely, The place was beautiful and quite and very clean and had everything you needed and the hot tub was a added luxury, loved waking up and walking outside and seeing the horses. My partner feel in love with Daisey the cat she likes to come and greet u also 😀 We would definitely come and stay again 😀

Matt was a great and generous host. The stay was beautiful - such a cosy place, we loved the decor. Perfect location to explore Cromer, 5 mins to the beach and all shops/eateries close by. Made our first visit to Cromer a very memorable one 🤩 🥳

this is a great little find in an ideal location, near to beach, shop, pub/restaurant, tea room and fish and chip shop. the accomodation was spotless and had loads of little extras like welcome pack, sauces, tea coffee salt pepper, jams butter, toiletries etc. it also had a small private back garden with multiple seating areas , we would highly recommend this accommodation and look forward to our next visit Thankyou 😁

Fabulously stylish apartment, brilliant central Location. Superbly appointed: comprehensive kitchen utensils, really comfy beds and sofas. And when we asked for the bedding to be swapped out (our fault entirely, we forgot to Mention a feather allergy) the hosts came over within half an hour to make the change. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend this lovely apartment.
