Waterfront holiday rentals in Haywood County

This was my third stay at Sharon’s property, and it definitely will not be my last! The apartment is beautifully decorated and is stocked with all amenities you will need. It was spotlessly clean, organized and comfortable. The view is amazing and I couldn’t spend enough time on the porch reading, enjoying the view of the mountains, and enjoying the peace and tranquility. I highly recommend daily walks around the lake! Sharon and Anna are amazing hosts and provide fast communication if and when needed. When an unexpected storm rolled thru and the power went out temporarily, Sharon was quick to provide candles, flashlight, and battery pack for my phone. The bed is very comfy, and the stocked Nespresso machine is such an added bonus! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my stay and will be back next summer to enjoy it again!

My husband and I were so happy with our stay at Judy and Maria’s tranquil home. Everything from the creek to the hot tub and relaxing living space were perfect. My husband enjoyed fishing in such a great spot, and I enjoyed watching the ducks with their little ducklings, and the hummingbirds that visited often. 😊 We spent plenty of time relaxing, but also enjoyed the close proximity to good restaurants and shopping, and hiking. Casa Paz is in such a convenient and beautiful location. For good food we recommend Chef’s Table and Haywood Smokehouse in Waynesville, and Twisted Spoke in Maggie Valley. The place was very easy to find and Judy and Maria were very responsive with any question we had while we were there. Highly recommend a stay here!!

This is an amazing place!! Beautiful view, great place to sit outside, close walking path, quiet, comfortable and nicely furnished. It was just so perfect!! Fell in love with the apartment and Lake Junaluska. Cannot say enough about what an exceptional place this was!

Loved our stay. Everything was neat and clean. Spent most of our time sitting on the porch looking at the mountains and lake and walking around it. Generally when we come to Waynesville, we spend a lot of time driving around. This time we loved being in this place and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. If we had any questions, there was quick response. Love everything about this place!

We were at Lake Junaluska to attend a wedding. We decided to stay a couple of extra days to enjoy the area. Carolyn’s cute little apartment was just what we needed. She always responded quickly and was very friendly. We would absolutely stay at one of her properties again!

This house was amazing! The location is incredible! My family has been using Air BNB for years and this is by far our number 1 favorite that checks all the boxes! It is in the perfect location! Walking distance to shops, joeys pancakes house, organic coffee has incredible coffees. We went for Memorial Day weekend and it was beautiful! Mid 60 degree weather just warm enough to dip into the creek and walk around. Make sure to check out the gem mining for the kids. The house has everything you need! It feels like there was so much intention put into designing the house and aesthetically pleasing. There are 2 private parking spots for parking a walking path off to the side of the location for a stroll. The back yard is set up to create peace! It was so cool we kept the windows open half the time so we could hear the creek. My kids loved their swings set up by the fire place. Each room has its own private bathroom with closets. Everything was very clean. It looks exactly like the photo.

A gorgeous little home right smack in the middle of the smokies and Asheville! The best of both worlds with a bit of travel! We deeply appreciated the intentional care this home has been shown, fantastic bedding and seating situations, fantastic games, accessories and shower! We will return to this little slice of heaven! Thank you Lara for being so responsive and kind during our stay!

The most stunning views in the smokeys, definitely will come back, great fire pit and outdoor spa, also parking is very accommodating for multiple cars or motorcycles.

This place is heaven on earth. So idyllic, quiet, lots of hiking. The house itself is cozy and well stocked. Kevin and Linda are wonderful hosts.

This weekend was everything we could have asked for and more! We will definitely be back one day

Great house with a beautiful creek bubbling right off the back porch.

There were 4 lakeview dog friendly rental choices on my list & I believe I chose the best one. The house was adorable and has a large wrap around porch with flat easy parking enough for multiple cars. The view was awesome & the trail is right in front with a nice large corner lot. Lynette was nice enough to let me check in a little early and left us a pie! I would love to come back next year when its a little cooler before the lake gets drained in December & bring my elderly mom, even she could walk this trail & would enjoy the flowers at the Rose Walk.

Very peaceful location with the sound of the creek in the background. The house is cozy and Deborah quickly responded to messages. Easy checkout process!
