We loved our stay at this place. Waking up to the sound of roosters was priceless. The house is close to restaurants and the ferry terminal but secluded at the top of the hill so it feels private. Host was very responsive and AC was AMAZING! We would totally stay here again if we return.

Our stay in Tortola was absolutely incredible, and Chantal and Lincoln’s apartment made it even more memorable. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Even before we finalized the booking, Chantal and Lincoln were quick to respond, super helpful, and made everything feel easy and straightforward. The apartment itself is absolutely spectacular. Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable—it had everything we needed for a relaxing, stress-free stay. The space was quiet and peaceful, and every detail felt thoughtfully prepared. It truly felt like a home away from home. Throughout our visit, Chantal and Lincoln continued to be amazing hosts. We had zero issues the entire time, and the whole experience—from booking to check-out—was seamless. We can’t thank Chantal and Lincoln enough for their hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Tortola. It was truly a five-star experience in every way

We stayed 4 nights and hope to return another time. The views are absolutely amazing of St. John and Norman Island. The house is huge. The kitchen and indoor living area are in one wing of the house and the 3 bedrooms are in another wing of the house, with the pool in the center connecting the two wings. Each guest room is large with a view. Bathrooms are large with plenty of counter space and high quality towels. The rooms have large closets or armoires for storage. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor grill, cutting boards and much more. There are plenty of beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a cooler, plus nice portable speaker for use. A few notes - there is a stray cat that you have feed every night. No shampoo or soap for the shower, which is typical in European AirBnBs. Would not recommend for small children due to pool openness and steep drop offs.

Ikeca was a great host who was easy to communicate with, very responsive and had a lot of great local recommendations. The place was as advertised, CLEAN, and had endless views. The location is very central on the island, and only a few minute drive away from anything you could need. The beaches close by and sunset views really set this place apart from other options. Located in a very quiet and peaceful area that provides privacy as well. Mature mangos trees on property that Ikeca was kind enough to let you pick fresh fruit off of. I would recommend renting a small suv/car with 4wd if staying here, and is also the best way to explore and see the rest of the island, as taxis are rare to find on this side of island. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay here as well!
