Our private, spacious 3 room suite combines serenity w/ luxury accommodations that include a queen bedroom, dining foyer, living room w/ a well appointed kitchenette (no Stove) & private bathroom. Guests have access to a covered patio with dining area, rocking chairs and a propane grill w/ side burner. Guests are welcome to use our covered 20 x 27 foot dock and boat slip for guest boat or jet skis.

3 little Care Bear bungalow

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

This amazing newly built home is stylish and a very spacious and located right on Lake Hartwell just a few miles from town and many surrounding amenities. It is perfect for families or group stays. It is professionally decorated and thoughtfully accommodated with everything you will need for relaxation and comfort so all you will need to do is make wonderful memories. Bring your boat to enhance your stay.

Bring the whole family to this great place situated right on a large yet quiet cove of lake Hartwell with lots of room for fun without breaking the bank! Plenty of beds, a huge yard, outdoor seating for everyone either in the deck, at the fire pit or on the second floor of the dock. Your back porch will be just a 100 ft flat walk to swimming, boating (bring your own boat), fishing and all the fun the lake has to offer. This place will be the perfect backdrop to the memories that will be made!

Wonderful experience… perfect cottage by the lake for our family. We ended up not even using one of the bedrooms because all the kids wanted to bunk up downstairs with big bunk beds & the huge couch was super comfy! Ping pong tournament on a rainy day was epic! Thank you Susan.

Audrey's place was great. It was easy to find and perfect for our short stay. Check in was simple. It had everything we needed. Audrey is an excellent host and was very responsive. We would gladly book again and recommend to anyone staying in the area!
