I enjoyed staying at this clean, private studio, conveniently located just a couple of blocks (less than 10 minutes' walk) from Yale. Alicia is a responsive and helpful host. The building is not fancy, but I felt safe and comfortable. I was very satisfied with my choice to stay here.

Everything was super easy and great! The apartment was tidy and cheerful and had all the basics you would need for your stay—everything was just right! It was easy to get in, and all Jarrett’s instructions were super clear, about entry and about parking, neighborhood, etc. would definitely stay here again!!

The place was super clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the highway which was really convenient. There were restaurants around, an and 24 hour convenience store/Dunkin Donuts/gas station across the street, which was nice. The area felt safe and the building was secure. The host was really nice snd helpful. We loved the place and had a great trip!

Our stay was peaceful located in a great place , the home its self was perfect if we come back next year we will book this place again

We had a wonderful weekend at this property. The condo was clean, cozy, and close to tons of great activities. The pre-arrival instructions were super helpful, check-in was seamless, and access to the clubhouse was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

There are not words to describe how helpful Brian was. He is super responsive and easy to communicate with. He always answered any questions or concerns I had about the apartment. The apartment is a must see. Its in a peaceful neighborhood. It is safe and secure. Great local restaurants--shopping malls and shopping centers. I stayed there for 11 days and was so sad because I wanted to extend but he was fully booked for the rest of June. My slowness in extending was someone elses gain because the apartment is "GREAT" I recommend it to anyone who wants to be in the downtown Hartford area.

Nat was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with! Her cute and clean little condo was the perfect spot for my husband and I to get away for his 40th birthday weekend! Conveniently located near the casinos and our favorite- spas! Thank you Nat!

My family and I had our Thanksgiving here this year. Unbelievable kitchen. I mean, STOCKED to the brim, I barely had to use anything of my own from my place. We felt super cozy by her fireplace, loved our morning beach walks, and enjoyed her amazing selection of board games upstairs. I have to say that the listing doesn’t capture the sheer SIZE of the home. So much privacy for everyone, and enough comfy gathering spaces to spend time together. Also, the beds were so comfy! We will totally book with them again in the future.

This is our second time staying at Rudy’s wonderful home but definitely will not be our last! Rudy is amazing at being an Airbnb host but he’s also such a great man. He’s so helpful and kind. We really love this home and getting to know Rudy more and more with every visit. The yard was huge and private. The home was clean and a great gathering place for cooking, visiting, and game playing. Emma, our host, was friendly and had a very quick response time with all communications.

Beautiful home! Extremely clean upon arrival and excellent communication. Everything in the house was clearly labeled and directions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Sadly it rained our entire stay so we could not enjoy the pool or the beautiful backyard, but we still had a lovely stay. We hope to come back soon!

This house was perfect for our group of seven ladies gathering for our annual getaway. The house is extremely spacious and each bedroom felt private and cozy. The common spaces are warm and welcoming, the kitchen well-stocked with everything we needed, and the pool and pool house outstanding. We all appreciated the beautiful art collection, lush grounds, and proximity to fun in town. The house is private and quiet, clean as a whistle, and the communication was clear and thorough. The home was absolutely beautiful. We thought that maybe the professional looking photos were too good to be true, in the way that many listings can be, but they depict the house perfectly and communicate the space well. The kitchen was immaculate; a foodie’s dream, and very well organized. The theater room was a hit, and the gym is a feature that separates the house from many others of its kind. The master suite is obviously gorgeous, but no one staying in any of the other rooms felt short changed- a huge plus when trying to distribute quarters between a few families. The host could not have been more responsive or accommodating. We were truly grateful for how easy they made check in for us. Through no fault of theirs, we lost power for a few hours one night. The host checked in often with updates, and reminded us of the flashlights placed throughout the home. I honestly don’t know which impressed me more: the beauty and comfort of the house, or the attentiveness of the host.

Mitchell was an Amazing host!! He was quick to respond and went out of his way to accommodate arrival and departure time issues I had which helped us out tremendously. I would definitely come back to stay if we come back to this area!! What a beautiful, peaceful, Spacious property. It is exactly what you see in his listing. Lots to do and see, we rode kayaks, enjoyed his entertainment room downstairs and loved that he had phone chargers all throughout the property. It was the perfect venue for us to celebrate our daughter's graduation.
