Lynn's place has one of the best stocked kitchens of all the Airbnb's I have been too. There were even containers for left overs and a splatter cover for the microwave. It was clean and tidy! The blue bus stop is across the street. It is a long bus ride to the Beaver Creek bear parking lot in the morning so we walked to the bear lot. It was downhill most of the way and not bad even in ski boots. At the end of the day it is only about a block to walk to the bus stop from the bear lot and a very short ride but greatly appreciated after skiing all day because it is mostly uphill on the way back. The assigned parking spot is very close to the door and the washers and dryers are a short walk down the hall.

Derek was great to work with! He was very personable and helpful. Great location, comfy bed and surroundings, close to town, very peaceful, friendly neighbors (when we saw anyone, which was rare), easy to check in and out. Derek was very responsive and answered any questions that arose (even with being out of the country and in a different time zone). Me and my friends stayed for the weekend for a little friends getaway. The place was super clean and had no trouble checking in. We had a great time staying there, definitely recommended if your looking for a small space to stay.

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!
