Tracy was a great host! The place is in the heart of Hanoi! Lots of places that are accessible to! Highly recommend!

Sapphire was very responsive and always made sure to check in with us to ensure that we had everything we needed during our stay. The area was nice with plenty of places to explore and was conveniently around a wide range of food options.. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location- in the heart of old town ( with all great local food and attractions) and close to the lake ( very nice for walking). It was quiet in the apparent as it is located a little bit back of the building ( only sometimes I heard neighbors talking loud). The entrance was scary for me ( you have to pass this old hall) but there are automatic lights that helps. Apartment is very simple ( in a good way) and functional. Modern and still with heritage style. You have everything that you need. Outside wc and bathroom ( was not a problem after you get into it)- there were never any insects. Washing-maschine is very handy on holidays with this heat. Beds and mattresses were comfortable what is very important. AirCo work properly.

We enjoyed our stay at Quans townhome! Such a prime location and many of the rooms were quite spacious and clean! Quan was great with communicating and anyone that we needed he very quickly assisted with. Thanks again!
