The accommodation matches the photo provided, Patrick and his wife are flexible on the time of arrival and departure according to the reservations before and after, we forgot things in the accommodation, they immediately notified us and received us so that we could pick them up! Really very nice!

A beautiful property, rural French charm outside but modern and clean inside. The garden is gorgeous with a big pool, plenty of seating and space for everyone. The cycle routes in the local area are fantastic, plenty of opportunities for cycling and walking. A short drive to Épernon and a 45 minute trip into Gare Montparnasse makes trips to Paris super easy. Very peaceful and quiet, a wonderful spot for a relaxing holiday.

The interior of the apartment is done well. Lovely fire which we made use of. The grounds are not so nice. Cheap garden furniture and the exterior needs a good jet washing. The neighbor has a camera on their wall which looks into the grounds of the property, this did not make it feel private. There is no access to the ground beyond the fence, which is shame as it looks like the main property backs on to a forest. We drone to a near by forest for a nice hike. There is a Lidil near by and many things in driving distance. It's a great place to stay and would suit a couple and a family. The exterior could be improved and a camera overlooking is not very welcoming.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Loic’s property! It was a luxury experience with warm, friendly service. We really loved the nearby towns and would highly recommend this property to others.
