Great location, value for money and a cute and cosy studio! We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend to our friends looking for a pet friendly say in Melbourne!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

Great location, so close to cafes and shops, transport and amenities, and it had an off lead dog park just across the road (Kim has some great recommendations for local foodie hotspots and activities). A proper apartment with separate bedroom, definitely well suited for a wide variety of stay lengths, including long stays. Wish i could have stayed there longer.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Douglas was excellent from the time of booking through to our arrival, and he provided plenty of helpful local information, including great restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The apartment itself was beautiful—bright, spacious, and private, located upstairs with plenty of natural light. It had everything we needed and more: a full-sized fridge, coffee machine, water filter, and all the modern conveniences you could ask for. We were especially touched by the thoughtful welcome pack, which included freshly ground coffee and a selection of delicious goodies—such a lovely way to start our stay! The location was ideal, close to a vibrant high street with shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. Getting around was also a breeze, with several public transport options nearby that made our daily travel to the F1 event super easy. Highly recommend this place—we’d definitely stay again!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! Great place to stay! Very bright and comfortable and walking distance to shops, beach and parks. Our host Rosie showed warmth, flexibility and responsiveness throughout our stay. The condo is flooded with natural light, has comfy beds and is well appointed, although it could use some general maintenance work to keep up with wear and tear. However when we let Rosie know of our concerns she went above and beyone to make things right. Overall we loved the place and would definately stay again.

This was our second stay with Ben and Murray. The location is amazing, the apartment is clean, and quiet, even though you’re so close to the bustle of South Yarra. We always have such a good night’s sleep! Ben and Murray are helpful and respond very quickly to any communication, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else when we visit Melbourne.

10/10 stay! The property itself is breathtaking, not to mention the city views it has to offer, we felt at home as soon as we turned the key and opened the door. The location is right in the heart of prahran, with everything at your doorstep with amazing shops, restaurants, and nightlife just steps away. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to be in the centre of it all!

Rosalie’s lovely apartment had beautiful bay views and was very convenient for local restaurants and the trains. The beds were very comfy.

From the moment we arrived, Nicola was an absolute gem of a host! As newcomers to Australia, we couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. Nicola’s kindness and hospitality made us feel not just comfortable, but truly at home in a new country. What really touched us were the thoughtful touches — the handwritten notes and “Mike cards” (so cute!) added such a personal and heartfelt vibe to our stay. It’s rare to find a host who goes above and beyond like Nicola did — offering guidance, local tips, and genuine care throughout our visit. The space itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and incredibly cozy — a perfect blend of comfort and charm. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would — both for the lovely accommodation and for Nicola’s incredible gesture of kindness. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Melbourne who’s looking not just for a place to stay, but a true home away from home. Thank you, Nicola!

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, even though it’s expensive I highly recommend this place at least once you just can’t miss it!!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.
