This place truly touched my heart. The sea view from the bed is magical — you fall asleep to the sound of waves. The apartment is clean, cozy, and well-located. The host was incredibly kind and always ready to help. We stayed during apricot season — what a treat! You can even buy fresh fish from local fishermen each morning. Ідеальний, спокійний відпочинок — дякуємо за чудові враження!

Nice apartment in a very central location in the city center. The apartment provides everything that's necessary for a short stay. Be aware that there are bars nearby, so it might be loud at night, and earplugs might be helpful. Nevertheless, I definitely recommend the appartment for a short stay in Thessaloniki.

Yoannis is a great host, with utmost responsiveness and relevance of responses. The place is as described, it is clean, and has all amenities for a comfortable living (including new soft towels which does not often happen). We had a minor issue with Airbnb showing an erroneous location, but now I see it has been revised. It is a relatively calm area, at night silence and sound of waves, with exception of the garbage truck which passes around 4am. I wrote some minor constructive suggestions to the owner separately, in simple good a faith; I took the time, because I find him a good and perceptive host. The price I paid was not some great bargain but was reasonable. Now, it all depends how it will change with time, so as always, one has to compare with others. What matters is the accuracy of the listing and responsiveness of the owners. So price aside, I recommend the accommodation and I would return.

Very nice cozy flat with quality appliances. Sea view is gorgeous. A/C and heating working well. Location very quiet in Winter but surely buzzing in summer.

Das Zimmer war für vier Nächte total okay! Taverne sehr nah und das Meer direkt vor der Tür. Ein Pfau in der Nachbarschaft war ein zusätzliches Highlight!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Ioannes war wirklich wunderbar. Die Beschreibung der Bilder entspricht genau dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: die Wohnung war modern und ästhetisch eingerichtet, ordentlich und sauber. Vom Sonnenschirm für den Strand über Bügelbrett bis zu Töpfen und Pfannen war alles da, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Und dazu befindet man sich noch direkt am Meer! Ioannes war sehr sympathisch und hat uns freundlich in Kalyves empfangen. Besonders gut hat uns die Flexibilität und Gastfreundschaft von Ioannes gefallen: wir konnten nicht nur morgens um 01.00 Uhr (aufgrund des sehr späten Flugs) problemlos in die Wohnung einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit einer Kleinigkeit zu essen begrüßt. Der Kontakt mit Ioannes war angenehm, reibungs- und problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung in jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had a great time in the apartment and it offered all we needed. Really enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while watching the sea on the balcony. And thank You Minos for the great communication and arranging our taxi transfer from and to the airport. :)

We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Es war alles perfekt😊 die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Strand und in der Umgebung sind viele Restaurants. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!! Katerina war jederzeit zu erreichen und gab uns auch viele Tipps. Nur zu empfehlen

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommended.

Alles in allem ist Vasilis Unterkunft ein paradiesisches Plätzchen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, mit direktem Strandzugang, Liegen , Liegestühle, SUPs. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Der Garten ist traumhaft und war für unsere Kinder der totale Abenteuerplatz. Es gibt tolle Tavernen, die man mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Abends kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse/dem Balkon den Tag ausklingen lassen und anschließend mit dem Wellenrauschen in den Ohren einschlafen. Vasilis ist ein toller Gastgeber, der uns bereits vor der Abreise mit Tipps versorgt hat und auch auf Fragen während des Aufenthalts schnell geantwortet hat. Danke Vasilis, wir kommen wieder!

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

Všetko bolo skvelé a hostiteľ bol naozaj priateľský a vždy ochotný pomôcť. Pláž máte hneď pred ubytovaním a vidíte ho priamo z balkóna. Súkromie, pokoj a pohoda - to je to, čo tu naozaj dostanete a môžete si svoj pobyt užívať. Veľká vďaka za všetko. <3

Second time at The CruiseFlat. It has absolutely the perfect location… An incredible view of the sunset every single night… And it's close to groceries, entertainment, dining, and everything is completely walkable. Close enough to the city to be in the city, but far enough out to feel removed. Don't hesitate to stay here! It's first class! We had a wonderful stay. We stayed for 8 nights and I could have stayed longer. Waking up and having breakfast on the front porch with such a beautiful view was great. The beach and the water were spectacular, and pretty much all to ourselves, so we felt no need to visit other beaches. The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts Ioannis and Gianna are such nice people, they greeted us with a freshly baked tiropita and a whole bunch of fruits. They provided clear instructions and were available for anything we needed. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas for the beach for our use, and right next door is a small beach bar that I would get my daily Greek frappe from. I would definitely come back here.

As per previous reviews, The apartment is in a fantastic spot and the balcony view is amazing. It is extremely clean and Maria was their to greet us on arrival with cake, and presents, which was very thoughtful. The entrance and the stairs up to the apartment arent the best, but it didnt distract too much from the beautiful apartment. 2 minute walk to bars and restaurants, lovely beach just outside, sunbeds are free at the restaurants if you buy drinks/eat food. Plenty of restaurants and bars. This accommodation is excellent if you want a nice relaxing chilled holiday. All cleaning products are provided. You can use Uber to get taxis to airport and airport taxis are easily available at airport to get to Maria's - about 25 Euro. Special Thanks to Maria for everything and also being on hand if needed. We are hoping to go again sometime soon.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber-Familie. Unterkunft wie beschrieben. Tolles Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen und einem sehr gepflegten Pool. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Man muss nur die Strasse überqueren und kann direkt im Meer baden. Zum Einkaufen oder für Restaurantbesuche braucht man ein Auto. Überdachter Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück.

Angelos, place was the perfect location to explore Thessaloniki. His place was so much bigger than the pictures show. Perfect for our family of 5. Pack n Play setup for our toddler. We would stay here again! Thank you

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Dafnis Haus. Die direkte Lage am Meer und der wunderschöne große Garten, in dem uns Schildkröten besucht haben, war wirklich toll. Wir haben die Ruhe außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Die Kommunikation mit Dafni lief prima und ein flexibler Check out hat uns eine stressfreie Abreise ermöglicht . Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder.

Чудова квартира з двома балконами з видом на море. Нас було 5 дорослих, проте кварира поміщає 5 дорослих і одну дитину, так як є ще одне дитяче ліжко.Рушники і постілі білі та чисті. Багато вішаків для одягу. Манія люб'язно надала парасольку та стільчики для пляжу на весь період перебування. Все справне та працює. Вай фай дуже хороший. Є праска та дошка для прасування. Фен дуже слабкий і досить старий, тому нам не вдалось висушити ним волосся. Ми додатково купували олій, цукор на кухню. Сіль та перець були. Також купували гель для душу та мило (його не було в помешканні), шампунь та порошок для прання (залишили для наступних відвідувачів). Зверніть увагу, що кондиціонер не включено до вартості бронювання, а також ще один податок ( на 5-х осіб ми заплатили 13,5 євро.). Це ми побачили за кілька днів до приїзду.Але кондиціонером не користувались, так як було досить комфортно.Господиня дуже привітна та доброзичлива. Швидко відовідала та вирішувала всі наші питання. Море та пляж чистий

Die Wohnung war absolut Mega 😇 wir würden immer wieder her kommen, die Vermieterin war auch seeehr lieb, sie hat uns mit allem immer sofort geholfen wenn wir Fragen hatten. Absolute Empfehlung!
