Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Halkidiki

A very nice and cozy place close to Macedonia airport and Ippos Riding Centre. Quiet and well furbished, the apartment is ideal for 2 couples or a family with kids. I loved the terrace overlooking the street, it's a place I can spend hours drinking coffee and working on my computer!!!

The house was very clean, perfect for 4 people. Very close to the beach, 10 min walking distance. We loved the garden. Host is very helpful and communication went very well and easy. Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

We had a wonderful time in Pyrgadikia. The apartment was beautiful and everything necessary was available. We were greeted with some food, fruit and water. Foteini took very good care of us and the place is enchanting. I'd love to come back.

One of our favourite rentals ever. A lovely peaceful atmosphere - the garden and balcony are both wonderful places to sit. Very comfortable bed. The walk down into town is easy and the house is only a couple of minutes from a village square with a restaurant and bar. Evangelos and Katrina left us honey that they they had made themselves and it was the best we had ever tasted! We went in early April so things were just starting to open up - great weather and plenty of empty beaches with swimmable sea.

We had a very good time at Themis's house. The location is very peaceful. We were greeted by her parents who were very kind and caring. The house is spacious and the outdoor space is comfortable and very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. The lady made us a great pita. Positive experience.

We absolutely loved Niki's house! The sea view is stunning and the quiet wave-sound is so relaxing.. The house was spotless clean, Niki and Pantelis were extremely kind and warm - we could feel their loving intention even with our language barrier. Anna, their daughter was very kind and responsive in perfect English in writing whenever needed. Pyrgadikia is the cutest village with small cafes, restaurants and marina, with the sweetest atmosphere only 5 minutes away. The house is located in a strategic point, close to the roads to both sides of Sithonia and was very comfortable to thoroughly explore all around it. I highly recommend!!

The house is very cosy and has all you need + more. The beach is fantastic and private, the water is crystal clear and the area is perfect for snorkeling. The terraces are facing in all directions and you can always find a place with sun or shadow. I can truly recommend staying at Nikos family house.

The peculiarity was accommodation at the turn of years. I searched for a place by the sea, with a fireplace, to feel at home. For my expectations it was exactly what I was looking for. I think summer is a nice place too. We communicated very well with the host, he provided me with wood, I don't think you will need this in the summer :) I frequently visit accommodations with fireplaces and I know that the owners offer only a few wood, for the atmosphere. This was not the case here. Anyway we had a bag with wood in the trunk, brought from Romania :)) The place is well equipped, the place is welcoming, a lot of wood and stone. It was a pleasant experience for us.

Our stay was very nice. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. There was a great breakfast, which was included in the price. The service was great. The apartment was very well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. The pool was great too.

Amazing value for money. The flat is reasonably well located and with Giannis' instructions very easy to find. Has all the amenities you need for a couple or more people and there are a few places to eat and drink within walking distance as well as supermarkets. Giannis is a crindly guy who was very forgiving when I inadvertently broke part of the shower fitting and was always contactable if we needed anything. 10/10 would stay again

This was my fourth stay at this wonderful flat in Thermi/Thessaloniki, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The apartment is always immaculately clean, and it's clear that the owner goes the extra mile to keep everything in perfect condition — it truly feels like a brand-new space every time I arrive. The decoration is tasteful and modern, with a great attention to detail that creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite features is the balcony — it’s spacious, peaceful, and the perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or relax in the evening. The flat is quiet, comfortable, and very well-equipped, with everything you might need during your stay. Communication with the host is always smooth, professional, and friendly. I’ve returned four times for a reason — it’s simply one of the best places to stay in the area. I can’t recommend it highly enough, and I’ll definitely be back again!

Dimitris is a great host, he was very reliable and willing to accomodate our every need (child cot, earlier arrival, late departure), he checked if everything is in order. The flat is furnished with all neccesities ans jn great taste. it has an amazing view of the sea and is very comfortable. You can access a lovely beach just by the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment is very spacious and has all the needed amenities. It is in a walkable distance to the city center, but in a very quiet area. There is a parking space. The host is very friendly and responsive. There is nothing negative about the property and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful condo! Best view for sunset! Good area near beach and easy to drive to other areas from. We loved it and would stay again. Very attentive host. Had a cleaning midway on 6 day stay that was nice. ❤️

It was a nice stay and the host was great

perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

We (4 adults and three little kids) had a wonderful week at Isavella’s place! Everything was super clean, the kitchen fully equipped, comfortable beds and the terrace and garden were perfect! We explored many nearby beaches and we swam every afternoon in the beach just 2’ from the house, the sunset was very lovely there! I have nothing negative to say, Isabella was very responsive and flexible with the check in and check out hours and Mrs Aleka was so friendly and helpful! Thank you!

One of the best stays we've ever had! Fantastic accommodation, with very nice aesthetics, fully equipped and in a perfect location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything and there was air-conditioning in all rooms. The garden had a wonderful view of the forest, while the panoramic view of the sea and the island of Diaporos from the hill was truly breathtaking. The owners were very friendly, they gave us a lot of information about the area, and we were also given a wine! The beaches around were all great. Thank you for everything and we can't wait to come back soon!

We had a lovely stay, the accommodation was well equipped and clean. Lamprini's paintings were lovely. we appreciated the warm scones and fresh fruit! The location was private and peaceful.

This place is absolutely amazing and the location cannot be better. Pasquales was great and helping us get this set up. He was great with all the information about where to go and what to do. Some great tips. The folks next-door at the beach bar were also great and helped reserve us some great seats each day. The water and the beach were perfect. One of the best things is that the house was only a few Steps to the beach and allowrd us to have some very relaxing time when the kids wanted to take a break Pascuelas, did not disappoint—house was extremely clean, phenominal view!! Short walk to everything Lastly, huge thank you for boosting the car the day we left . Kostas's house is a gem! The private location is perfect for those seeking tranquility in nature. We particularly enjoyed the large, well-maintained garden, which provided a beautiful and inviting space to relax. The house was impeccably clean, and the kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked – a real treat, especially with the thoughtful addition of local produce. Kostas was an outstanding host. His communication was excellent, and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Waking up to the lovely views of the surrounding nature was a highlight of our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat.

Very nice place to spend a holiday with children. House right above the beach with a playground and a very big green garden. Spyros is very communicative and helpful host. I hope we will come back here someday :)
