Holiday rentals with breakfast in Halkidiki

The villa was wonderful , more than at home ...because there is all what you need ..supper comfort, extra pool , green garden , a lot of trees ,Sany sandy beach ,Rafail like best host ...I recommended the place for your holiday..

Pool area is amazing 👌 nearby villages are very nice for dinner. Beach in front of the house is not very nice but a short car ride there are other nice ones. Highly recommend Xiropotamos beach

We had a wonderful time at Antonia's house. Check-in was uncomplicated, communication was very good and pleasant. In the house was everything you needed, especially the large pool you have to highlight and the beautiful well-kept garden with all the seating options. The beach, restaurants and supermarket are within easy reach. We highly recommend this place and would book again.

We visited Maria's house for 3 rd year. The house is well equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. The area is very quite and in 5-7 minutes from the wonderful beach. The bungalow is perfect for people who look for relaxing outside of crowded resorts and towns.

They were a very good hosts, we have an easy communication and feel very good at their house. Everything was perfect. The house is very good located, have everything that you need for your vacation. We will be glad to be their guests again.

Our stay at Kostas's place was wonderful. The communication and instructions where clear and timely. The house had everything we could have asked and more. Our host went an extra mile to make sure we had snacks and drinks when we arrived which left an excellent impression. I would recommend this stay 👌

Vicky's place is awesome! Spacious inside and out, with three bedrooms, a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a *massive* terrace with really cool views of the city. The flat was super clean and well appointed, everything worked fine and there was even air conditioning though we didn't use it. Water pressure in the shower was great, which isn't always the case in southern countries. It's on the top floor of a quiet building (with a lift) so we had total privacy and calm, the only noise was kids playing in the school next door. Vicky was a great host, very helpful and provided excellent restaurant and bar recommendations. And the neighborhood is perfect for bar-hopping: it's a 10-minute walk from the epicenter but the really cool bars are right around the corner, literally within five minutes. Great restaurants too, and there is a discount supermarket at one corner and an all-night shop at the other. There is no parking with the flat but we easily found parking for fifteen euros a night two blocks away, so if you have a car it's no problem, Thessaloniki has lots of valet-style parking garages. I highly recomment Vicky's place if you want to see the best part of Thessaloniki and have a perfect home base to do it from. I would stay there again even if travelling with fewer people (we were three guys).

very nice apartment in quiet neighborhood.

Cristina is a great host. Her mother met us when we came, the rooms were clean and fresh, they even put some goodies in a basket for us ( coffee for Nespresso, home made jam and honey). The home made bread was also very tasty. The sheets and towels were cleaned and changed periodically. For our accomodation she left a big beach umbrella and other stuff, we did not have to by anything in order to go to the beach. In a word, we felt here at home. We hope to get here next year too. Warm welcome, parking was good in the area. We only stayed 1 night, but dear involved host and The place has everything you need

The presentation of the place is accurate down to the smallest detail. The apartment was clean and tidy and was fully equipped with various everyday items used: kitchen appliances, two coffee makers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, extra cover, hdmi cable for TV, slippers for guests, bathroom supplies and more. The communication with the owner was easy and direct. He was friendly and cooperative.

I'm glad we were the first guests in this spacious and very bright location. The biggest advantage is the location, being very close to the beach. The host is very welcoming, and the apartment is well laid out and has an attractive design. I highly recommend it and we will definitely come back in the summer!

Clean rooms. Good communication. Good location. When the weather was rainy, there is not hot water. The location from Airbnb isn’t right. You can put LuxosRoom on the navigation to find it. 2 min by walk from the biggest local supermarket.

Nice little family affair, good location, on the beach, with a nice olive garden, sunbeds, terrace, place to have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Christos and his son are very hospitables. I definitely recommend!

Pleasant surroundings in a very beautiful location. The room of high aesthetics and spotless, with a very nice view. The staff is very polite, friendly, and completely helpful.

A private and cosy place, we didn't look for a busy hotel so this familial place was exactly what we were looking for and Iakovos and her sister were very sweet and hospitable as are always the greek people.

We had a really great week at this place. From there you can walk to one of the best beaches and everyone else can be reached quickly by car. The place has a very friendly and quiet atmosphere and Alexander and his family were super helpful and hospitable! We will be happy to come back :) best regards

The hosting at this place was amazing. Alex was always happy to help with advice where to go or just having a nice chat. The breakfast made by Petros is full and diverse, the marmalades are homemade and the environment is peaceful, family atmosphere and welcoming faces. 5 minutes walking to the beach, and not more then 10 minutes driving to a bit more quiet beaches. I recommend it a lot and hope to come back soon

I travel all the time with both my family and my wife, but it was an apartment hotel with the cleanest and most beautiful breakfast I have ever stayed. There were really employees who were trying to make you comfortable and have a nice holiday. There are beautiful tavernas and restaurants around. You should go indoors.☺️

The resort is amazing and beyond expectations, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, the surrounding areas are all worth exploring which you can explore by electric bikes of the resort. Breakfast includes a wide selection of foods, all fresh. Most importantly, if you’re looking for a place to relax, away from the noise, surrounded by a forest, this is the place. Highly recommended and will definitely come back both on and off season.
