Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Halkidiki

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

Very good and big yard, perfect for small children

We really enjoyed our time here! The view is gorgeous! My husband had no trouble working remotely on the wifi. The kids loved all the animals, as we anticipated. The coastline is low energy so super safe for the kids. We had a wonderful week and I would recommend it to anyone. Karin was friendly and available to address issues/questions. My only critique is that the dogs barked some in the night. Ask her for the one page of info about local sites. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

This place was everything we hoped for and more. The house was spotless, cozy, and had every little thing we needed. The location was peaceful and beautiful—just a short drive from the sea but tucked away in nature. What truly made it special, though, was the host. Warm, helpful, and genuinely kind—Greek hospitality at its finest. You don’t just stay here; you feel cared for. We left with smiles, full hearts, and unforgettable memories. Can’t wait to come back.

It's a great place to have a relaxing holiday. There was nothing missing except for the fact that there was only one toilet in the house. The host was very flexible about check-in and check-out.

An absolute pleasure to stay in this very comfortable place. Close to all loval amenities and central for easy region discovery. The land lord is very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Perfect starting point to explore Chalkidiki and surroundings, by car. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Various seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Savvas quickly and kindly inquired about our condition and gave us helpful tips. Overall, we were very satisfied with our host and "KatIcon Haus Sozopolis"!

Yorgos was the best host I have ever had. He made us feel immediately like a part of family. He bought a milk for us an evening before we arrived and placed it in the fridge, as our son can’t fall asleep without the milk. Next day he invited us to his house (which is right downstairs) and introduced us to his family and invited us to cook and eat pizza with them. On the beach he gave us the big sun umbrella for free, and brought our kids for a tour in his coolest boat! He treated us with ice cream and local olives! His family is very lovely and they all speak great English. I feel like going there next summer again! Thank you Yorgos and the family, we felt very happy and at home during our summer holidays! 😇🙏🏻🥰

Nice and clean house in quiet area close to the beach. Hosts attentive to detail, welcoming. The house is not quite spacious to accommodate 5 persons. In the living room the sofa is small, it does not extend and the pull-out bed provided does not take place. The bathroom is very small and a bit outdated.

We had a great stay! Nice, comfy apartament, with everything you need to feel at home. Our host, Andrea, was very helpful, offered us great advise throughtout our stay. We contacted her for different things, was always glad to help. The village is lovely, great access to the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Looking forward to go there again. Thank you!

I stayed for 6 days at a very nice Airbnb in Sithonia, Greece, and I have just returned home today. It was one of the best experiences I ever had. The location is amazing, only 2 minutes walking to a wide, peaceful beach. The price of the accommodation was very good. The house had all the things we needed, like a kitchen, good size bedroom, lovely balcony, strong Wi-Fi and also a shared garden. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and we felt like at home. Sithonia has many beautiful villages and towns nearby with great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The nearest big city is 1.5 hours away, but it’s not a problem because there is so much to explore around. The host, Alexander, was very kind and responded fast, even when we booked the day before arriving. He was very helpful during our stay. I think this is the best accommodation I ever stayed in, and I really recommend it for anyone who wants a relaxing holiday by the sea. The combination of price, location,and service is perfect!

Stavros went above and beyond our expectations! Very friendly and easy to get along with host. During the check in, first thing you will certainly notice is how spotless the villa is. Not to mention all the kitchen and bathroom amenities we were provided with. And by that I don’t mean the average host supplies like a soap and toilet paper, I mean everything! We even had a first aid kit in the bathroom. On top of Stavros warm greeting, the little gifts like a fridge half full of water, bottles of wine and jars of jam (local production) made us feel even more welcomed. Stavros was very kind to recommend us various beaches and places to eat that he considers the best by sending us a map with pins of the exact locations plus internet links of each spot. Throughout our stay he reached out multiple times to check on us if we need anything which was very kind of him. Thank you, Stavros! That’s how it’s done. It was a true pleasure staying at your villa!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oksana’s stunning apartment! Oksana has clearly thought of everything, making our vacation smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The place has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. Not to mention - a gorgeous sea view from a large and comfy balcony (a favourite spot for my family for 21 days). The location was perfect, and the apartment itself was spotless and cozy. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect & relaxing vacation spot! Me and my family stayed in the apartment for 10 days. It was as we expected and in accordance with the description. Magical sunsets, and the closeness to the ocean was truly amazing. Our kids really appreciated the hotel pool just 5 min walk from the apartment (available for 5 euro) per adult. The host also lend us a SUP which was great! Lovely stay and cute apartment.

5 stars with the value of the cabin, it was spotless and fragrant. It was wonderful and a sign of hospitality that they had turned on the air conditioner because of the heat to welcome us. It is a fully equipped penthouse, even for a grill if someone wants, but it also has brochures to order. He also had a pharmacy and many kinds of mosquito repellents. Finally, it was very positive that you could book only one night.

Good hostess amazing place . Eirini was always available when we needed her . The house and all the facilities was very clean . Dog friendly we had our baby 🐕 with us big yard for her to play . The experience was really nice with the projector in the jacuzzi. We will prefer it again for sure .

We had a wonderful time in the small tiny cottage in the middle of the olive grove – totally idyllic and perfect for our big dog, who could really flourish there. Lots of space, lots of shade, and we also had a really good time on the loungers and in the beautiful seating areas. Birgid is super warm, always available and has great tips for the area – whether culture or good food. We'd come back in a heartbeat!
