The cozy house is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. Amazing location with sea view and walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. All necessities are available in the house, incl. a much appreciated expresso machine and even a welcome package.

Elena and Christos were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and always eager to help. We absolutely loved our stay at their place - and we will surely miss the wonderful private garden (which was incredibly well kept) and the pool. The house was well equipped and had everything we could need for our stay.

Thank you for everything! Apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. There were everything we needed. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work but the host tried to fix it and fortunately it wasn’t too hot because it was May. The poolarea was awesome! The village was small and quiet, but there were several good restaurants in the center and also by the beach. The beach was nice and the water was very clear. We could definitely come back!

We were only there for 14 days but it was very nice, everything was as described, simply excellent. I would be happy to come back.👍☀️😎 Weiss family, Blühberger family

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space is clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a peaceful retreat for families. The spacious outdoor area is beautifully green, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The neighborhood is very calm, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they are cozy and comfortable, which worked well for our family. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a serene environment

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Staying at Konstantina’s place was great! You’re right around the corner of the lively streets of Afitos, without any noise. The location was also near a parking spot which came in handy since we rented a car. And the view was amaaaazing. The parents of Konstantina were very sweet and gave us a warm welcome. All the amenities were there, we also got new towels when we got them dirty. Only thing to remark is that there’s no washing machine, you would have to ask to wash something and the cooking stove is not that great, it’s very slow, but with so much great restaurants around that was not a problem at all!!

We had a great time in the house of Periklis and his wife. The house is beautiful, the terrace, the garden and the private access to the water sensational. In the preseason, not everything was open all around, but we were looking for and found exactly that and the peace and quiet associated with it. We thank you for the hospitality we received! All in all, Vasilis' accommodation is a heavenly place. The apartment is in a quiet location, with direct beach access, loungers, deck chairs, SUPs. It has everything you need. The garden is fantastic and was a total adventure playground for our children. There are great taverns that can be reached by car in just a few minutes. In the evening, you can end the day wonderfully on the terrace/balcony and then fall asleep with the sound of the waves in your ears. Vasilis is a great host who provided us with tips before departure and also responded quickly to questions during the stay. Thanks Vasilis, we'll be back!

The compact apartment was really very clean and equipped with everything necessary. Location and views are beautiful. The hosts are totally pleasant and accommodating. The building with the residential units is architecturally very successful and blends harmoniously into the rock. The terrace is separated from the neighboring apartments by privacy screens – as far as the background noise is concerned, it may seem a little less private. But it was pleasantly quiet with us. We felt very comfortable - thank you for that!

The place was even better than expected, the view from the terrace is awesome!! Marios is a great host who responded to all our questions and requests and always responded quickly. We felt very comfortable in his accommodation and would always choose it again!

Pavlos is a great host, I am very happy that I chose his house for my stay in Toroni. The house has all the amenities and the hosts are kind and good people. They have a great garden which gives a homey feel and atmosphere. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the bedding. On a next trip to rayota, I will gladly choose the same house for a longer stay as well.

the location of the house is towards the end of the island and is off the beaten track. however, the host welcomed us at a common point, so we had no problems reaching the house. Sushan and his wife gave us local advice and were very helpful with everything else. The house was very clean and really peaceful. every piece of equipment was considered. Everything was perfect except being far from the center. we thank you.

Maria's place is the perfect beach house for a family get away. Beautiful yard with a big lawn for kids to play - full fenced and secure. Right across the road from the beach, you literally have a 150 degree view of the water from the terrace. Next door is a playground for kids and a taverna if you don't feel like cooking. The house itself is modern, clean and nicely furnished, comfortable beds, pillows and enough towels. Maria was an amazing host who was quick with responses and flexible for our check in and check out. I highly recommend Maria's place for your next Greek beach vacation. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tina’s beach house! The location couldn’t be better—just a short stroll to the beach and within easy walking distance to the vibrant village center, full of charming shops, restaurants, and cafés. The house itself was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. Our family had an amazing time here, and we truly felt at home. Such a wonderful and magical home away from home. A private location with a short walk to a beautiful beach. The home is close to some great restaurants and a supermarket. The amenities were fantastic as Evi really put thought and care into what a guest would need. We were really sad to leave and hope to come back next year. Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. In one word, PERFECTION. Even nicer and better than we expected. Location is TOP. Plenty of shade during the day. Getting into the water is just great, water divine. In the evening on the beautiful terrace, you hear nothing but the rustling of the waves literally falling into the house and you also hear the pebbles exchanging their cities with each other. Peace, quiet, away from the hustle and bustle and still close to grocery stores, taverns and establishments. Locals super friendly. One word PARADISE in short. We couldn't see the view from the terrace to the Aegean sea enough. We rested our body and soul. We made it a long way, but it was worth it. We will definitely come again....

We experienced the proverbial Greek hospitality with Dimitris and family, always responsive, helpful, accommodating. Nea Fokeia is a clean place, very suitable for excursions in all directions. The location of the accommodation in the middle of the local action, beach, restaurants, supermarkets all within walking distance. The house is tastefully furnished, bathroom a bit cramped, the sunrise, view from the veranda over the golf course, Sithonia to Athos made us forget the negatives, we felt completely comfortable.
