The property includes a pond which you're welcome to skate on in the winter, and a horse barn and pastures. In the summer you'll have access to our in-ground pool. We welcome your pets! Retreat to a safe and private country road south of the Adirondack park and 15 minutes to downtown Saratoga Springs. Walk out basement apartment, located on 8 acres of property, with private entrance and garage parking. Queen size bed and queen size sleeper sofa. Kitchen, complete with all amenities. WiFi with smart TV and electric fireplace. We are a family of four, along with our dog Molly, living above the apartment. Although we do our best to be quiet, you will hear us from time to time.

We rent the house beautifully located in the small vacation community on the hill with a mountain view from the wrap-around deck. Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of the 1,5 acre land adjacent to the state forest, take on the stroll in the woods, wander around the historic villages, take a swim in the pond, enjoy the country roads on the mountain bike or visit Windham and Hunter. There is a hot tub on the deck but we determine availability daily. We do not charge the cleaning fee.
