HEATED pool with a charge fee of $ 25 USD per day. BBQ grill has an extra charge of $40 USD (for the whole stay, including 1 propane gas and cleaning). The house is located on hole 7 on the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. You see the sun from sunrise until you get Floridas stunning sunset in the middle of the house`s private pool. The house`s outdoor area was completely renovated i 2021, and has an expanded pool, large outdoor kitchen and dining area for 10 people. The house has four bedrooms with double beds as well as an room with two single beds. In the immediate vicinity there is a large supermarket, banks and a number of restaurants.
