Beautiful clean home with a refreshing pool. Hosts were very kind and responsive with any questions! I have to say that one of the best parts was not having to run around and make sure everything was spotless before checkout. That was a huge weight off my shoulders. Would absolutely recommend this listing and would stay here again!

Steve’s getaway in Lakeland was exactly what we needed for our trip with 3 adults and 2 children. The pool was beautiful and refreshing, the space gorgeous and well maintained, and Steve was very responsive to all of our questions. In fact, when we needed an oven mit, Steve had one sent over that same day! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the area

10/10 experience. Everything from the host, house, and lake. Everything was perfect. My group had a blast. The house was perfect. I loved the access to the water. Amazing pool. I couldn’t have had a better experience!!

Our family loved staying the Cypress Gardens lake house. The location on lake Eloise was scenic and we loved looking out on the lake from the pool or patio. House was super clean and comfortable. Boat access was great with the multiple docking spots, and renting the pontoon was a great way to spend the day. Family all had fun and would like to come back someday. We also appreciated the history on Cypress Gardens and old florida before Disney changed things up.

We loved our stay here! We travelled with 2 children, and the house came very well equipped for a baby. There was a closet of toys, dishes and cups that were children friendly, as well as a high chair and baby monitor! For people travelling with a baby/toddler this was SO helpful! The house is a short drive to Legoland, which was also amazing, as we spent several days exploring that giant place. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was helpful and accommodating at every step, from booking to checking in with us. She responded quickly and really made our stay feel like it was our home away from home. I can't say enough great things about Stephanie.

The place is stunning, very well maintained, peaceful and yet fun. Love the view, overall loved it all. So much my husband and grandkids are already looking forward to a next trip. Wonderful hostess Andrew was very cordial and on top of anything we needed help with. Very welcoming , cozy and friendly experience. Hospitality beyond expectations. Thank you team Andrew for allowing us to stay at your lovely place!

The place was very relaxing, comfortable, and peaceful! The back screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and the pool was refreshing on a hot day! Frankie made our stay very accommodating and communicated promptly! Highly recommend!

This home was perfect for my family’s stay in Lakeland to celebrate my son graduating from Southeastern University. It was in a peaceful neighborhood and everything was within 15-20 minutes away. It was also clean and exactly as described in the photos. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Lakeland area.

We had a wonderful time at Chandra's place. Very easy check in and great, responsive communication. Very clean and just as described! We loved the quiet, secluded location and having breakfast on the patio looking at the lake was wonderful.

Anything I needed Franklin would respond within minutes !! He agreed without hesitation about a possible early check in once we got there -but traffic got us instead:( unfortunately …He did let us stay an extra hour for c/o because the day before we had walked p1000 miles at universal ! It’s super close to parks w/ a clean mansion style home for an unbeatable price !!Clear instructions ,great parking ,kids loved the pool! Huge kitchen! Alexa worked great when my mother in law wanted to get her tipsy wine-o karaoke on at night lol .2king rooms 2Cute/quaint and clean double twin bed rooms for children and even a little princess area for my little three year old Neice upstairs .The moment I got there I had a small issue with how to run the thermostat; I felt terrible about bothering my host! He was more than happy to reassure me to ask away and he assisted me to learn how to work the thermostat like a pro and it was cool in a jiffy! If I lived closer to Davenport I’d be there every weeken

2nd time staying here and we planned our next trip around when it was available. Favorite Airbnb in Lakeland. Faster responses from host, never an issue, always clean, safe neighborhood, and the house provides everything you can think of for your stay.

The home was awesome. Great location, close to everything. It’s not a new home so be prepared for authentic squeaky wood floors and a little musty. It’s what you get in an older home, nothing major. Decor and function of the house is great and the game room is a bonus!!

The White House in Lakeland was perfect for our stay and Myra was an excellent host. She was helpful, responsive, and accommodative for everything we needed for a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, well designed and well stocked with a large yard plus a short walk from a Publix Supermarket.

Can’t say enough about our experience staying at Sasha’s property. Incredible feeling of being welcomed . Upon arrival ment Dru and John who take care of property. Such a warm welcome. Home was comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Fresh eggs, refrigerator staples were there for us just incase we needed them. Next morning Dru brought over cinnamon rolls still warm from oven . There’s pet friendly then there’s this property’s level of friendly! Completely fenced in with everything so well done you just didn’t have to worry. There are farm animals but safety of all four legged residents and guests completely thought out. Our Golden Retriever would have gladly left us for Dru I believe. Relaxed , enjoyed the secluded area. Always felt comfortable knowing Dru and John were close should we need assistance. Both were very considerate and kind. Managed our privacy with also being available. Will stay again when in area as we made new friends with the Dru & John .

We had a very nice stay. The neighborhood is quite and it's in a very good location. Stores aren't very far from the house.

We were in town with extended family for a wedding, and Kristy’s place was perfect! The house was so comfortable, and the layout was perfect for our family to feel like we had our own private spaces to retreat, but could easily gather in the family room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the labels on the cabinets made it so easy to find everything and so easy to clean up. And of course the pool was a blast, and we loved taking morning walks around the lake. Kristy was a great host, so easy to communicate with and went out of her way to help our family get checked in a little early and offer personalized recommendations. We would definitely stay here again!

I came here with my partner for a birthday trip and let me say it this place is exact to the pictures. Very clean and organized, has all the essentials you’ll need. A perfect spot to go visit Orlando and Tampa.
