Apartments are as well as listed. Great transport location between two train stations, all buses in different directions, large supermarket Osher Ad and small local shops are nearby. Walking distance to Adar district. Very good feature for hot summer days: it is literally cold in the apartments without air conditioning. Roi and Sahar are very responsive and there were no problems they couldn't solve during the whole month we stayed.

The street isn't very picturesque – but what an amazing place! Tall ceilings, vintage furniture, a projector, perfectly equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with all the toiletries, wooden windows, four (!) balconies. It felt like traveling back in time to an era when things were simpler. We loved sitting on the porch, the ocean to our right and an old school taxi station across the street, watching the drivers gather for their morning coffee. There is a bakery across the street and three grocery stores, one of which is open seven days a week. There is a Carmelit station right outside and riding it was the highlight of the trip for our kids. It's within walking distance (or a short drive) of all the good places: Talpiot Market, the food scene around the harbor (Breada and Maayan Ha'Bira being our favorites). Communication with Anurag was great and he was flexible with check in and check out times. Can't wait to come back!

We're a couple, we're in an apartment in early June, three nights, a long weekend. Charming apartment, pleasant atmosphere. Clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Adjacent to the apartment is another apartment, but it did not interfere with our privacy. The beach is reached through a tunnel under Highway 2. The way is comfortable and short, a nice and intimate beach strip, a small strip of sandy beach and a rocky excess, for us it was enough (there were not many people at the time we arrived). From the comments we read before, we knew that the road and the train could be heard from the apartment (if the windows were open) so we arrived prepared and the truth is that it did not disturb the general quiet and rest that we felt. The contact with the property owners was through WhatsApp, always available, flexible and helpful:)
