Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hadley

I could not recommend this enough. The right mix of updated and original. Kitchen was fully redone and lots of space. The back gardens were great and we would walk into town daily. Very close to Smith College. 4 out of 4 stars!

A lovely place to stay. Beautiful view of the animals and mountains. Host was nice and accommodating.

I've stayed at many air bnb's and this is my favorite. The house is inviting, warm, beautiful and comfortable. It provided a wonderful environment to rest and renew. The kitchen is filled with light and looks out onto the yard which is green and host to lovely birds and bird song. The patio was also inviting and comfy for a meal or to sit with a cup of tea/glass of wine and unwind or read a book. The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and within easy walking distance to downtown. The host Louisa has paid attention to every detail to ensure an easy and very comfortable stay. i highly recommend!!!

This is our second time staying in The Farmhouse, and our 5th or 6th time booking with Ginny. This property is very relaxing, we brought our three dogs and they loved the backyard. The house was clean and organized. We enjoyed breakfast on the farmers porch. The hot tub was nice. It’s a quick drive to downtown NoHo, Florence and EastHampton. So much to do in this area. We highly recommend.

We needed a place for our family - 3 couples and 2 young children - to stay for the wedding of our daughter. Sarah's house was great. It had plenty of room for the kids to play inside as it rained a good part of our visit. (Fortunately the rain held off for the wedding.) Sarah provided eggs fresh from her chickens - they were delicious. She also gave us information about local restaurants. We saw wild turkeys walking outside the house. All in all a delightful stay.

What a great spot! Beautiful views on the river and a good spot for a family of 5 to use as home base while visiting Six Flags. Top notch host, thanks for everything Zuhair!

Had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful ! We love old houses and antiques and it was the perfect spot for us! We were easily able to walk to get breakfast and coffee in the morning. My husband is a very light sleeper and had a very good night sleep it was a very quiet property to be at !

This first floor apartment is wonderful- homey, well equipped, on a quiet friendly street with lots of greenery, peaceful and easy. Parking was a breeze in a well marked space and the location is convenient to all things in and around Easthampton and Northampton, with good walking destinations, restaurants, and more. Rocky has many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well outfitted, I was sorry I didn't stay longer to do some cooking there!

Peter and the apartment were great! Peter was super responsive, friendly, and had nice touches like homemade granola with milk and coffee provided. After my original AirBNB fell through at check-in at 6pm, I was relieved (and saved) by Peter’s responsiveness.

Our second stay here! Had fresh coffee available for the morning and eggs in the fridge. Thank you Joy!!

Excellent place, great hosts. Easy. Just what we wanted.

This home was exactly as described and spotless clean. Michael was proactive reaching out to make sure we had everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable, and the locations was in a peaceful neighborhood with a very short drive to everything in the old downtown area.

We had a great time at this lovely spot! Erin was a very kind and responsive host, and the apartment was just as described :)

We will never stay at a hotel again. For the price of a hotel we stayed in a cozy one bedroom apartment that was perfect for two. Bed was comfortable. We watched Netflix after seeing a show to wind down, and with one of us being a night owl and one being an early bird it gave us the space to relax without disturbing the other. We asked for a fan when we arrived as my husband liked a breeze and the owner delivered one very quickly. Highly recommend.

We had a great one night stay at Susan’s place in June. Communicating with Susan from start to finish was so easy. Her place is so clean and amazingly stocked with so many thoughtful touches from Kcups, tea, popcorn, so many toiletries, charging cords, reading glasses, books, and many more. She’s such a wonderful host and we would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

Always an easy peaceful stay whenever we stay at David’s place. We will be back again

We stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The specific house number was a bit difficult to see at night, but we could find it by counting the houses from the main street. Everything inside was great and clean, and Lucia provides several amenities. Perfect for a weekend away! Thank you Lucia!

Had an amazing stay! The location couldn't be better for skiing at Berkshire East—it’s literally just across the parking lot, which made it so easy to get on and off the slopes. The house itself was super warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain. The kitchen was well-equipped, so we were able to cook up some great meals without any issues. Definitely planning to stay here again next time we're skiing at Berkshire East! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and very clean space! We had the most wonderful long weekend at Goran's apartment. He was so responsive and super friendly... cannot recommend enough. We will be back!
