I stayed there with family. Pratik was an extremely responsive and considerate host, right from the first inquiry. The place is as good as it gets. The description on Airbnb was fairly accurate. It's in a desirable housing complex. The flat is extremely spacious and has all that one needs to stay comfortably with family. Any minor shortcomings were immediately taken care of by the host. There was zero interference from the host and he always checked in if everything was okay. This sort of freedom is essential, esp. when you are staying with your family. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Shyam’s place was absolutely wonderful! They were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The communication was prompt and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. The property has got this very bohemian vibe but also it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. This will certainly be in top of our list to stay in Pune, we would highly recommend it.

Absolutely Incredible Stay! Staying at Nirupam’s place was an absolute delight. The apartment was superb; immaculately clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. Being on the 29th floor, the views were breathtaking; serene mornings, golden evenings, and stunning city lights at night made it a visual treat. The place was well-ventilated and incredibly comfortable, perfect for a relaxing staycation or a romantic vacation. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the host, Nirupam. He’s a genuinely friendly and thoughtful person — always available, always helpful, and someone who just perfectly matched our vibe. He even went the extra mile by making special arrangements for me and my fiancée, which meant a lot to us. The housekeeping staff were also polite and respectful, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a private, cozy, and unforgettable escape.
