Holiday rentals with a pool in Gustavia

Gorgeous and serene! My family and I had such a relaxing stay here and would definitely come again. The property matches the description and is a few blocks from the beautiful beach club at Rosewood.

First of all, I have to say I love this place. Beautiful view, quiet and peaceful. The only things you need to be prepared is mosquito. We got a lot of mosquito bites. Make sure to rent a car upon your arrival. Specially if you arrived late in the afternoon. Not many taxi drivers want to go to the location due to unclear address. We definitely will stay here again. Jean, the house owner is very nice and helpful. He was on the phone with the taxi drive to guide him drive to the property and the next day Jean helped us to called the taxi to come and pick us up at the house to bring us back to the airport to rent a car.

A very pleasant accommodation. The kitchen is well-equipped, the barbecue is a real plus. The view, the environment, the calm... a real joy!

This is a remarkable home and location. We could have stayed all day and soaked up the sun and views on the patio and in the lounge pool. The location is great to explore the island from. It is also quiet and peaceful. We decided to stay in the upper side of the island so getting to Orient Bay and Grand Case was a breeze. The home is within 15-20 minutes by car to some of the best restaurants we’ve ever been to. There’s also a great cafe within 10 minutes for coffee and pastries. Maia was very helpful and also taking advantage of the property concierge was very nice to get our trip started and help line up a few things for us. With two young children this was so perfect and the best vacation we’ve ever had!

The property is located just an 8 minute walk from Flamands Beach and a quick, easy drive to Gustavia. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook, and all the property photos and listing details are accurate. The parking spot is on a steep slope, so I would advise getting the smallest car to make getting in and out easier. The daily housekeeping service (except Sun) makes the place much cleaner than a typical Airbnb. The property manager, Pierre, arranged our rental car and all of our restaurant bookings. We got prime-spot tables at all the places he booked - I don't know if it was coincidence or his connections but it was much appreciated! He was also very responsive to all communications and pro-actively addressed potential issues before we even asked him to, such as attempting to get construction halted at a neighboring property and arranging for the house to be sprayed when he noticed a lot of mosquitoes. Another advantage is that his company manages multiple properties on the island - because of the construction noise, he offered to move us to another villa so that's where we stayed for the second half of our trip. Mosquitoes seem to be prevalent throughout the island, so it is advisable to use repellant. Overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

We really enjoyed this place: very quiet and semi-private, sincethere are tenants in the other condos. This allowed us to get to know more about the area! The space is comfortable and met all of our expectations. The air conditioners in the bedrooms work very well, the kitchen offered everything we needed to cook (we had almost all our meals there), and Isabelle even bought a blender for us, the lounge area is comfortable and the terrace is very large. The pool is a big bonus to relax and enjoy the sun. There is also a small library where you can borrow books (the majority in French). The village is really peaceful, everything is within walking distance: bakery, 5 minutes; Coralita beach, 8 minutes; Dawning beach, 15-20 minutes and several hills; four restaurants, 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets are a 10-15 minute drive (Carrefour, Super U). We'd be happy to go back!

We had a great week at Dawn Beach Club. The 3 bedroom suite was amazing. The staff is great and hard working. No complaints. Sue was great to communicate with. Would love to stay here again.

This is all about location. You can walk to Shell Beach and Gustavia. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The bonus is the large private terrace with a spectacular view of the port and St. Maarten.

A perfect stay. Excellent communication between the owner and the concierge. A big thank you for allowing us to have the apartment in advance and for being able to enjoy it until we left. The concierge picked us up from the airport and answered all our questions with great responsiveness. If we can come back to SBH, I'll get back to you.
