Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Gustavia

Coralie was wonderfully friendly and proactive, sending me detailed instructions for access and anticipating my needs with additional info. The home was clean and very neat just as in the photos. Unfortunately, we were not able to stay here, but Coralie's responsiveness saved the vacation! When we arrived, the lagoon view was marred by red algae covering it all over and producing a strong unpleasant odor over the entire area. Apparently this is a natural event occuring sometimes. Thankfully, Coralie responded swiftly and allowed us to cancel the reservation, which then allowed us to find another accommodation away from the red algae and odor. Unfortunate we could not stay this time, hope next time will go smoother. Grateful for a thoughtful and gracious host!

Had a wonderful stay at Amaury’s condo. We felt very safe and were right in the middle of the Grand Case strip. So many restaurants options all walking distance and 30 seconds to the beach. The condo is on the smaller side but had everything we needed to make breakfast in the mornings and small snacks. We rented a car to get around the island we realized after 2 days taxis were way too expensive to go to and from the Dutch side and grand case. We are a younger couple and found Grand case more quiet and most restaurants were pretty fancy so we went to the Dutch side some evenings.

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind this place is for you. It’s on a beach but the waters weren’t so calm so I didn’t want to take the chance. Lola is very hospitable & was very responsive and helpful before and after arriving. The studio is just as seen in photos, very clean and has a modern cozy vibe. I’d suggest you rent a car…Lola helped with that before I arrived so I was able to pick up the car at the airport. I think this is a great option for a solo traveler as well.

This condo is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Sandy Hill, with a picturesque view of the ocean. My mother traveled with us on this trip and we were happy that the host made special efforts to ensure her comfort. The first morning we were treated to some delicious pastry fresh from a popular bakery. We got a lot of information about places to visit and how to get around. No place is too far or unreachable. The condo was clean, well kept, neat and attractive with adequate linen, dishes, pots for cooking and binoculars for better viewing. Being on the upper level however, may make the stairs a bit challenging for some. Added to the beautiful view and refreshing sound of the waves washing the shoreline, the condo has access to the rooftop where we were able to relax privately at night and absorb the tranquility of the skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank You.

Don’t know what to say honestly. Pictures don’t do justice of the outstanding view this place has to offer. I would absolutely recommend this place for a private get away. Tess and Hugh had great communication and provided great places to enjoy in the surrounding areas. 10/10 experience! ***P.S. the only 1 star review about this Airbnb is completely false. You are surrounded by nature which you can clearly see In photos, so why complain about nature if your looking to get away from the world and be in such a beautiful place like this 😀

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Orient Bay, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The decor was tasteful, the amenities were excellent, and the overall ambiance made for a truly relaxing and memorable vacation. Beyond the convenient location, what truly elevated my stay was the exceptional responsiveness of the host. From my initial inquiries to any questions I had during my visit, they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and accommodating. I highly recommend this Orient Bay home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. You'll find yourself in a beautiful setting with a host who goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay.

We loved our vacation at Farrah’s villa. The accommodations were spacious, spotless and the outdoor space and pool were wonderful! We loved Rancho Del Sol for dinner, Oasis had great pizza and Bread and Butter was great for coffee and pastries! We would definitely return!

this was a great host and this was a great 1 bedroom apartment. the host went above and beyond by picking us up and dropping us off from the ferry as well as to an actual location during our stay. he rented me a car that was very useful to get around the island. I highly recommend this location. he has a number of these same 1 bedroom apartments on the same site. so if you have a group, you can use this property for you big group. super responsive

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

Villa Almond Blue enjoys an extraordinary view, sublime facing the bay. You can see Pinel and Saint Barth from the terrace, installed in a pleasant covered outdoor lounge The house, very nice and simple to live in, offers all the essentials to spend pleasant moments of relaxation.

Isabelle’s property came even better than advertised and Isabelle was a very gracious hostess from pre-arrival throughout our stay. Incredible views of the bay in the evening, and can even see St Barth in the distance when clear. The property had all the comforts of home (US) with the charm of St. Martin. I sent Isabelle a couple of messages for local recommendations during our visit and she was quick and helpful with her responses. Merci beaucoup for a wonderful stay!!

Pascal's place is a real paradise. This house is oriented towards the outside and perfectly meets our expectations. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything was perfect from the welcome to the start, I can only highly recommend it. We'll be back soon!

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

Stéphane is a great host, responsive and available. The house is a little slice of heaven with a breathtaking view of Saint Barts. The pool is a dream. All the rooms are comfortable and have a view. We were there with our 3 big kids and our parents, everyone was delighted. There are small shops nearby which are super convenient including 2 restaurants recommended by Stéphane within walking distance. We discovered the island (everything is close by) and we were always happy to come back home. Thank you thank you!

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

We loved everything about our stay! Beach is right in your backyard and Marigot is within walking distance. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

The walk to the apartment from the garage was not so nice. Specially when you have problems after a knee or hip surgery, and also need to carry your luggage down with you. At arrival we needed to wait until 14.00 hours to be able to drive the car inside as close to the apartment as possible. But at check out the car was not allowed inside. We checked out was early in de morning at 04.45 am at that our the car was not permitted to drive inside the premisses, so we needed to carry our luggage up to the garage ourselves. This experience was NOT nice. Apart from this the apartment was nice and very relaxing.

Superb location. Beautiful view of Orient Bay and Beach. The unit has all modern equipment. There are perhaps six or seven restaurants within a five-minute walk, one of which has a small bakery with delicious desserts. Also within that five-minute walk are two grocery stores. There is a balcony, while small, is adequate, and you can view the goings-on at the beach and the village restaurant area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The only drawback for us 80 plus years old was the number of stairs. If you are elderly or have balance problems, we would not recommend it.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.
