Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Gustavia

My stay at Smaart Vacation exceeded my expectations. Everything was as it was described on the booking site. The view was breathtaking! The property was in the perfect location. It was a lot to do in the area. I will book with them again in the near future. Look no further for a perfect stay in SXM.

Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Desert Rose Cottage. It is in a wonderful location between Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour, with plenty of beaches, bars and fine restaurants close by. The high-ceilinged cottage is sunny, very spacious, bigger than expected, with a large shared open living area and kitchen, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, and two full baths. The many screened windows allow breezes to flow throughout the house from every side, and multiple ceiling fans also keep air flow pleasant. I was amazed by the large and new washer and dryer, meaning you can pack minimal clothing for your stay and be just fine. Each room has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV, there is plenty of closet space, and Marian provides beach chairs and umbrellas if you want to go to a more remote beach. This is a great spot for two couples or a family of four. I will definitely return to this home upon future visits to Anguilla. Thank you Marian!

Great home in a quiet neighborhood with increadible views of the ocean. Home is well-stocked, including fully-stocked kitchen. The outdoor area is amazing and the beds are super comfortable. Very convenient location for our three favorite beaches---Friar's Bay, Anse Marcel, and Orient! Linda and Gilles and their entire team were very responsive when minor issues arose. We enjoyed our trip very much!

A wonderful house in a fabulous location - everything we could wish for and more. There was lots of space for us all and everything we needed for a very special stay.

Axel was an angel. Whenever we didn't understand or couldn't , he just literally popped right over with HELPFUL attitude. I do wish they had snorkeling board .. because I am not a great swimmer so I prefer to have a small board to hold onto when I snorkel. Maybe he did have it and I couldn't find it.

The beat two bedroom villa I’ve stayed at on St. Barts! So convenient to everything. Great layout. Amazing sunset view. Infinity pool and hot tub! I’ve stayed at many places in the 20 years I’ve been coming to St. Barts and this is my favorite villa if you’re looking for one or two bedrooms, the beat view and an unbeatable location. Henry, our host, is the absolute best! Very responsive and helpful. His kindness shines through his emails. Also, housekeeper 6 days a week! Highly recommend.

The most beautiful villa! More spacious than the photos show and walking distance from everything Gustavia has to offer. Gorgeous art and decorations and super comfy beds. Our concierge, Pierre, was just the best and managed to get us all the reservations we needed for the week. We have already booked to come back again next year. Highly recommend!

Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations. The backyard and hot tub were an amazing amenity. The bathrooms were clean. The only thing was that we could have used more towels. The host was easy to communicate with and made the stay very easy. Would book again.

Staying at the Villa was a excellent experience. The images didn’t do it justice, the place looked better in real life. The person who helped me get there and check in was courteous and friendly, helped immensely. Staying there was very pleasant- the pool was always fresh and ready for a cooling swim. We were a short way from town, maybe a 5 minute drive, and had great choices for restaurants. If we chose to go to the beach or stay and lounge at the villa the experience was amazing either way. We’re so grateful to have stayed there!

Jean and Merete were wonderful hosts and they have made a really special hide away with very pretty ,natural looking pale blue ST Barths style ,with a four poster bed and terra cotta tiles everywhere. It is quite windy but has a stunning view . It’s certainly something memorable! We loved it !

One of the best villas we’ve ever stayed, spotless unit with very special attention to details. The hot tub in the patio helped us unwind almost everyday after coming back from the beach or town. The king beds in each bedroom were very confortable and both master bathrooms features his/her sinks for everybody’s convenience. The kitchen has everything you might need if you decide to prepare meals, which we did occasionally. There’s a bakery less than 2 blocks away and Oasis market is also very close to the house. Beautiful Lorient beach is only a 5 minute walk. Daily maid service was a plus and Bryan was amazing helping us upon arrival and departure with the luggage, we picked up our rented car at the port but did not have enough space for all the bags so Bryan being there to assist us and guide us to the villa was very appreciated. Of course, we would stay at Villa Yellow Tail again when on island and would recommend to anybody looking for a joyful experience.

Villa Kercliff is amazing. You wake up in paradise each morning. The views take your breath away. Yacht watching was a favorite pastime. The beds and bedding are luxurious. The decor is old world sophisticated with posh touches such as Ralph Lauren glassware and Versace dinnerware. Every amenity and feature you can wish for is included. The walk to Columbier(our favorite beach) was a great way to start the day. This walk of course can be expanded to include a further hike to Flamands Beach which we did and our children did almost every day. A cool swimming pool and a sparkling hot tub helped us cool down in the afternoons and warm up in the evening. Having the privacy of the bungalow bedroom was very special. The younger crowd could stay up and play their board games while we retired. In addition to all this, our host Libby was better than any tour guide we have ever had. She was the best resource for dining recommendations and any other activities you are interested in planning. Libby's personal chef is Michelin Star trained and prepared 5 star, healthy meals for us twice during our visit. Villa Kercliff is perfect for the active traveler who wants to toast to the sunset in a silk shirt in the evening.
