The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

This cute & cozy tiny house on Fire Mountain Farmstead has easy access to the area's many attractions. Right on Hwy 92, its 7 minutes to downtown Hotchkiss and 20 min to Paonia. Drive 45 min to the Black Canyon's North Rim, or 45 min the other direction to the Grand Mesa. World class fishing is right down the road! The scenic North Fork Valley is surrounded by public land for hunting and adventure. Well-stocked kitchenette. 100 Mbps WiFi. Dog allowed. No cats. Smoking OK outside, 420 friendly!

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Stay at Western Culture Farmstead & Creamery. Enjoy an intimate goating experience at a working goat farm & creamery. You will have an entire apartment with private entrance. It is a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bath with partial kitchen. Includes a large covered patio with a grill and lovely views. Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!

Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!
